Pet Restrictions (per the condo HOA):
* 1 max between Memorial Day to Labor Day; 2 max other times of the year.
* Max 20lbs weight limit
* Must be on leash at all times outside the condo while on condo property
* No dogs allowed on pool deck or beach (city ordinance)
* Cannot be left unattended on balcony
* Pet owners must clean up after pets
* Pets who threaten, excessively bark will not be tolerated.
* Completed and signed Pet Addendum required

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping pision. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Pet friendly or not??
Beach view and neighborhood was great. Furniture and beds need updating. Two days in construction started on the next door unit to ours. The noise of jackhammers busting up tile was unbearable. I chose this condo especially due to the fact it advertised as pet friendly. After reading the fine print it said only one pet between Memorial Day and Labor Day. We have 2 dogs so we were heartbroken . Also one dog is over the 20 pound limit so both stayed home. When we arrived we were surprised to see that many guests had multiple dogs with them, many over 50 pounds! I asked one of the guests about her 3 dogs in the elevator with me and she said I don’t think they will say anything. Poop all over the sidewalks.

Orange beach long weekend
Property was clean and had everything we needed. The dogs had a nice place to do their business. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony. Only down side was that there was only one elevator working.

Orange Beach 2024
The property was great as well as location. Unless we missed it there was no code provided for pool entrance and I didn't fully understand why we had to enter a code to leave the pool grounds. That was odd. But the fact that it was right on the beach and the view from the balcony, which is a decent size, provided the option of beach or pool and most our time was spent on the beach.

Great Winter Respite
We and our little dog traveled to Orange Beach for a respite from the cold of the Ohio Valley. It was low key! The condo very well met our needs…right on the beach, easy walk to stores and grocery.

The Silver Beach was great, love the balcony! The negatives were constant construction noise, elevator also under construction and fire alarm went off, other than that, great stay.

Great property
Property was amazing! Very clean, beautiful view, patio was amazing. The only down side would be that it is an old building and could use a little updating. The elevator was in disrepair, and was extremely slow. I could see that being a problem in the summer when it is crowded. Other than that I would stay here again.

Wonderful & relaxing week
We enjoyed our stay so very much, I actually extended our stay for an extra day and night. The condo is beautiful and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The master bed is so comfortable I wish I could take it home. The owner provided everything you could possibly need in a vacation home. My favorite part of the condo is the balcony and view of the beach. We were directly on the beach and this property has the shortest boardwalk to the beach I have ever visited. The furniture on the balcony is so comfortable I literally spent over half a day sitting out there reading my book while listening to the sounds of the ocean. I was able to bring my fur baby which was the main reason I chose this property and I am so glad I did. We will be back.

Perfect Spot!
Roomy condo and a fantastic view of the ocean. The proximity to the activities in the area combined with the easy walk to the beach/pool is excellent. We traveled with a 4 and 2-year-old, so that was particularly appreciated! We would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful View!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very comfortable and we were able to bring our dog. The view from the deck was beautiful and the location was near many restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Last Minute Find
The right-sized property was in a great Orange Beach central location, close to the airport and everything important. Very nice beach with chairs/umbrellas available ($35/day). While updated, the unit was showing a bit of wear, but we knew it wasn't the Ritz going in and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was wonderful with glass railing for a great view without wind even while sitting down. The beds were also great, we tried unsuccessfully to find out what the were to buy for home! I can't give it 5 stars because; a) being a Roku device the main TV was limited in it's functionality without credentials and I don't think the others were HD due to poor picture quality (tough to watch the Blues hockey game), b) the shower water was warm at best, and c) the unit is right next to the elevators and for the last two nights there was a very loud grinding noise coming from somewhere nearby waking us up at 5:30 in the morning and continuing off/on to late into the evening. Texted manager but never got anything more than an apology. Also, make sure you are a dog person, as it's great they accept pets but there was the occasional bark fest. Overall a solid 4 with some exceptions.

Girls trip!
The condo was clean and accurately represented. It needs some upkeep. Things like plugs that dont work and the front lock needs to be fixed. It is a little dated and needs overall renovation but they do keep it clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
