BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: _2 Parking Passes___ Are included with the reservation. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The location of the condo was perfect, the cleanliness of the condo, the beach, the pool, and everything was just wonderful. We plan to return next year!

Great stay
Very well kept property, clean and tidy! Had all the necessities- our only complaint was we didn’t have clothes hangers anywhere in the condo, ha. All around a great place to stay, and it’s a beach front so I can’t complain! Easy check in/check out process.

Condo owners have a great place, perfect for a short trip. The Palms should not be advertising a 'weight room,' however- 2 treadmills and an elliptical and no weights, for anyone interested. Also, plan for not having little things that other rentals may have (salt/pepper/oil/first aid kit/etc); every property manager is a little different, of course.

Absolutely Perfect
We traveled down to the Gulf for our Honeymoon, and this condo was the absolute PERFECT spot! The beach view was beautiful! The master bed was so comfy! Perfect area right in-between Gulf Shores & Pensacola! Great restaurants near by, a Walmart is less than a mile away! All around a great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo!
Totally enjoyed our stay at this spacious, comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated beach themed condo. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need to cook with, as well as bathrooms and bedrooms that were large with comfortable beds. We noticed a lot of attention to even the smallest of details by the owners that added to our stay. The condo had a large balcony with sturdy furniture to view the beautiful white sandy beach and water! We enjoyed the well kept pool as well. We plan on coming back again to this beautiful condo!

The condo was very nice, plenty of room and great decorating. Our location was spectacular, on the 9th floor, center on the beach. Outdoor pool was below us and the indoor pool was on the 2nd floor. Check-in and check-out were both very easy and all information was sent in a very timely manner.

Great place!
The place was very clean and nice with a great balcony! It was a bummer than an elevator was down part of the stay and pool was closed one day due to glass being shattered, but not fault of the condo owner.
