You will also only be a short trip away from numerous locations for fun adventures! The living room provides two chairs for relaxing after a fun day as well as a sleeper sofa. In the master bedroom, you will find a plush king-sized bed to rest up after a day full of adventure and an En-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, there is a built-in twin-over-twin bunk in the hallway that is perfect for the little ones to enjoy resting on during your trip! Each room has a flat screen cable TV and free wi-fi for you to enjoy.
Complete with granite counter tops, you will find this unit to be tastefully decorated for a gorgeous finish. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for whipping up homecooked meals to enjoy, including all utensils, and cookware. The dining area allows for a total of 6 to dine, with a 4-chair dining set and 2 barstools along the kitchen bar. If you'd prefer, step outside to enjoy a snack on the private patio or sip on your favorite coffee, Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided, or wine as you watch the sun shimmer over the water!

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.
* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

We as a family was pleased with our stay. Great views from our stay. Loved the closeness to the beach ⛱️. Loved that fact we could enjoy the pool, only exception that the pool lady showed upthe last two day of our stay .I diffently would be coming back.

Perfect location!
Perfect location! We went for the PG Gulf Coast World Series and this is a central location to the different fields we played at. Highly recommend!

A Good Winter Vacation Rental
The location of this rental is lovely- moments from the beach, a short drive to groceries and restaurants. Just the two of us- we stayed here 5 days. It seems that many of the other tenants come for a month or more each year. The king bed was very comfortable although we needed extra blankets for cold nights. The kitchen had adequate cooking utensils & pots; make certain to take your own trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods, etc. as they provide the minimum to get you started. We didn't use the pool or hot tub because they didn't seem to be heated. The outdoor patio provided a nice private space for us to sit, read, have a snack. The sunsets are spectacular.

Location! Location! Location!
We absolutely loved the condo and location. Everything was so nice and pretty and close to the sand. We will definitely be back. The dishwasher does not close well nor does the freezer. Also it needs a few more coffee cups and silverware . Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Nice place to stay
The unit was very nice, clean. It did have a musty smell when we entered. The pool was very nice. Could have been vacuumed for sand. The hot tub/whirlpool was hot but the jets never worked.

Great beach view, even from the 1st floor! Convenient location. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the super short walk to the ocean! No long, hot boardwalk like other places. Would definitely stay again.

This place is absolutely perfect! Especially if you have little ones! The convenience of being on the first floor was THE BEST!!! Short walk to pool and beach!!!Plus you still have a great view of the ocean!

Everything was great! The dryer needs to be replaced because it took several attempts to dry things, but overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay again!

Amazing Trip!
Absolutely loved this place and am sad it wasn’t available for our next trip! The first floor/corner unit worked great for our family because we were right next to the pool and could just hand things to my partner from the balcony.

Cold spring break
Wish the property had an indoor or heated pool and a real hot tub. The claimed hot tub was like warm with no jets. Room was nice and recently updated. Location is great

Perfect location. Beach gorgeous. Only downside to unit 104-noise. The gate to the pool slams all day. We were awakened at 11:30pm by someone power washing outside of our door. We woke to construction on the building beside of us. The unit above bedroom had noisy The entire structure is small which was fine with us, means less people in pool and easier to park. Overall, we had a good experience considering. We would stay here again and hope no pressure washing late at night! Overall it was a great experience! We would stay here again
