This beautiful penthouse condo is located on the 15th floor, making for some of the best views in the building! The unit is decorated in lovely shades of blue, ivory, pale grey, and white-washed wood. The condo is very comfortable and will sleep up to 8 people.
In the guest room, there is a full, private bath that has a large walk-in shower. There are two double beds with a custom bunk above those beds, which allows 6 to sleep comfortably. There is a king bed in the master, which also has its own personal bathroom and features a tub/shower combo.
The Gulf front balcony has stunning views and access from the living area and master bedroom. The beachfront balcony is a great and enjoyable place to drink coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise and hopefully catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing. You also have great views to watch the beautiful sunset while eating dinner or sipping a cool beverage. The view is breathtaking and a favorite of all guests!
There are many excellent amenities for your enjoyment. Pools, tennis and basketball courts, indoor racquetball courts, and hot tubs are just a few of the amenities available at Phoenix V. This unit has a great area outdoors for everyone in the family, including the kiddos! You will find a large, gated, Pirate - themed splash pad area that is a favorite for many. The BBQ grills are also in this area, so you can grill and let the kids play at the same time!

Nice place to bring your family with small kids. They have kid slides and a nice pool. The few of the ocean and beach are great. Would definitely stay here again

Pretty good for the money
Perfect view of the beach. A wait for the elevators is expected during check in/out times. Close to places to eat and shop. Could have used better supplies to clean up all the sand with inside the property such as a better vacuum and broom/dustpan. There was a little bit of food/mess left on walls and cabinets from previous tenants. The living room furniture was not too comfortable and one of the bar chairs was broken. There were scuffs on the wall in the bedroom with the bunk beds. The master bedroom bed was not comfortable at all, my husband and I could not wait to go back home and sleep in our bed as our extremities would go numb when sleeping on our sides. However this was a functional condo and the price was good. I liked that it had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Orange Beach
It was a lovely condo and we always like Gulf Shores. The only complaint is that we ran out of TP. Would it really be too expensive to put 3 rolls in the condo?

Very clean
The condo was perfect & very clean however the staff while checking in was less than friendly while checking in. The door code changed prior to 10AM & that was very irritating as my daughter left her pillow. After pleading with an employee to allow us to go in & get it @ 9:50AM,we did manage to get it but he was the only helpful person I encountered. I would definitely stay again because of how clean it was bc that is more important to me than than friendly staff. I will say that the housekeeping team were friendly…it was the security & check in staff that need some public relations classes

Amazing Property!
This property is EXACTLY what I would have for myself...if I could afford to have one. Everything from the decor to the furnishings to the amenities to the view was perfect, absolutely perfect. Our granddaughters loved the bunk beds, and we loved how comfortable the adult beds and pillows were. I cooked three of the four days we were there, and the kitchen was well stocked with every utensil, pot, pan, and dish that I needed. I cannot think of a single thing I would change, not one. We WILL be back!

Great location and condo
Overall the property and location was amazing. We stayed in March so weather was hit and miss. Love how this property is right on the beach and close to the everything in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. Our kids LOVED the bunk room. We enjoyed having our own bathroom and access to the balcony. Would have loved some recommendations for food having it been our first time here.

Great Condo!
What a great condo this was! When we first walked in, the place smelled freshly cleaned and looked that way too. Check in was super easy. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk bed room. Having box fans in each room was a nice touch and we really appreciated that! Wish there was a big table on the balcony to enjoy meals with the kids but we made it work with the smaller tables. Overall 10/10 and will be staying here again!

Penthouse Worth It
The condo was amazing and so were the facilities! I will be a returning customer! Also, I would imagine if you have kids the 2nd bedroom is a kids dream! 2 double/queen beds topped with 2 bunk beds!

Great family spot
This unit was exactly as advertised. Only trouble with this building is the elevator bank situation. There are 4 elevators but during peak times there could be a wait and they tend to get pretty hot. Aside from this it was totally worth it. Kids loved the splash pad and pools and the boardwalk to the beach is lined with hoses and it’s decking is plastic which is nice . Great place, would definitely return .

Great Condo!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The best part was the comfortable beds. This is so important to me and my husband when we are off from work and really trying to relax. Secondly, the kids loved the bunk beds. They didn't sleep up there because they were scared but they would climb up there to watch TV. Definitely will book this condo for our next beach trip!
