Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Best place to stay!! The condo was perfect for our family! Everything was perfect! Easy check in, easy check out! everything was clean, the views from the huge balcony was fantastic & the resort itself was perfect for our toddler! Communication was excellent and all my questions were answered by the host prior to our stay! We will definitely being staying here every year!

Condo with a VIEW The condo was nice. The view was spectacular! You could leave the patio door open and hear the surf all day & night. Instructions were clear. Condo was clean. The elevators could be a major headache. One of the four was not working when we departed which caused a lot of delays. The pool was nice. The parking is NOT included in the fees/total you pay and it is NOT addressed until after you have paid. There are NO CHAIRS or UMBRELLAS without another fee and you don't know that until you get there. It is NOT addressed in listing. We had a great beach experience overall.

Salt Life Overall, we had a great time. Bathtub was not clean, and some dishes and silverware were dirty. Don’t know if there is an issue with the dishwasher or not. Bathtub must have gotten overlooked. Everything else was great.

bad bed the place was perfect but the bed was the worst ive ever had at a exspensive condo but on the good side plenty of great places to eat ( Docs Seafood ) was my favorate and the beach was great. Was dispointed that the beach lounge chairs was gone even though the photos showed they were there

Overnight getaway We had a great stay! The splash pad was perfect! Only gave a 3 star on check in because our check in time was almost an hour lasted than it was suppose to be!

Amazing time! Vacation overall was fabulous. Seamless stay, from check in to check out. Floor was a bit sandy but that's kind of hard to avoid. Property was gorgeous with great view of pool splash pad and beach. Note for management company is that tub drains very slowly. Will definitely be back!

Nice location Nice location. The tub & bathroom sink were clogged the entire time. Also mugs in the cabinet were obviously dirty & the extra blanket in the closet had hair all over it.

Never again Management was terrible, all she wanted to do was play on phone. Ground keeping was great. Room had sand on floor. Could not check in till 3:00. I know there was no-one in the room the day before. 17th. Everyone else received a text at 1:00 saying their room was ready. We had to wait 2 hours to get in ours.

Perfect get away! The property was perfect for a few days of rest and relaxation. The pool is wonderful and wasn’t too crowded. Would definitely stay there again.

Orange Beach June 2022 Overall great views and easy access to beach and restaurants. Did have some minor suggestions and items needing attention which I gave to property manager. For children it is a perfect condo complex--plenty of water sports to do. You must however bring your own toiletry items, extra dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent as well as spices if you use them. Parking fees are a one-time payment of 50 dollars for outside and 80 dollars for underground parking.

Rating: Dropped From Excellent Rating to Great Very enjoyable, comfortable furniture, great balcony view, convenient location! The only inconveniences for senior adults, low toilet, step in tub shower and grit on floor at check/in, Those items altered Excellent down to Great!
