The Palms 1015 is a three-bedroom, two-bath, condo with amazing, gulf-front views from the 10th floor.

• Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit
• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are two bar stools for additional seating.
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit
• The living area has a sectional sofa with a large flat-screen wall-mounted TV
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat-screen wall-mounted TV and a ceiling fan.
• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV and a ceiling fan.
• The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin-sized bunk beds with a TV. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk
• Wireless internet access is provided

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

The condo is absolutely beautiful! Decorations are so pretty and plenty of space for two families. Very clean!! The unit has everything you would need to prepare any meals and drinks including a coffee maker and a blender. There are beach chairs provided that are stored in the closet on the balcony. The entire building is not huge so the private beach was not crowded at all. The pool outside is perfect to cool off from the hot beach. There’s also an indoor swimming pool to take a break from the rain. We had a great vacation mostly due to our condo!

Great location! Nice condo!
Great location with lots of shops, grocery stories and dining options nearby! Loved having an indoor and an outdoor pool! Beaches weren’t super crowded, even for spring break!

Palms 1015 - very nice and big condo
I recently stayed at this 3 bedroom condo and it was very big and nice. Enjoyed the big kitchen and living room. Unfortunately, we had water dripping from the kitchen cabinets. Took 2 days of workers coming in to check the condo and determine it was the sprinkler system in the ceiling that was leaking. I understand things happen, but it was quite an inconvenience to have cups all over the counter trying to catch all of the water for 3 days.

Loved our stay
We loved this property, it may even be my favorite beach condo we’ve ever stayed in! Location is great, and the view from the 10th floor is terrific. The condo itself was very comfortable, and I loved all the decor, very pretty and “beachy”! We would definitely stay here again. Oh and our kids loved the bunk beds!

Perfect For Families
This listing was perfect for our annual trip. We have teenagers so we need plenty of space. It’s beautifully decorated and a great location. A little tip if you are staying. Bring the basics like toilet paper, salt & pepper, ect. There isn’t any of that here. Which is different from the last condo that we rented. Other than that..sit back relax and enjoy the view!
