This waterfront condo, offering convenient access to the adjacent surf and sand, is centrally located in beautiful Orange Beach. This attractive rental features an open layout, an updated, full kitchen, and a furnished balcony with impressive views.
On-site resort amenities include a Gulf-side outdoor pool, indoor pool, grill area, sauna, hot tub, fitness room, and a private beach boardwalk. (Brand-new elevators were installed in the fall of 2023. New indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs have been upgraded to environmentally friendly filtering equipment, and all three pools have been completely resurfaced.)
Enjoy a prime location right across the street from Zeke's Landing, the most popular dolphin cruise and fishing charter service in Orange Beach. Leave a vehicle parked and walk across the street to shopping, ice cream, several 5-star restaurants, and dolphin or fishing cruises. Or, access the beach from the private swimming area and enjoy the beautiful scenery and white sand.

Great Place!
We stay at the Tidewater every August for a work conference. We have never had a bad stay and this condo was no different. We will definitely stay there again if it's available!

Great Condo and Location!
We took our 3 kiddos and stayed for a week at this cute condo! Everything was tidy and in order. The beds were nice and I love that it included a pack and play for our little. The beach and both pools were great and there were a ton of great restaurants close by. Highly recommend this condo if you’re looking for a stay on the beach!

Great Location
The location of the condo and beach access was perfect. The unit itself, while clean, it could have been cleaner, could use a deep clean. The balcony and furniture were very nice, the indoor furniture was as well. The unit could use some TLC, maybe a fresh coat of paint, like I said a deep cleaning and some upgrading as far as the bathroom and main bedroom linens, the top sheet was very short. The kitchen had everything we needed but it would have been nice to have a mornings worth of coffee, some basics like salt & pepper, things like that, same for the bathroom, a slightly larger bottle of shampoo/conditioner would have been perfect. I would give the stay about a 5-6 on a scale of 1-10.

Decor was pretty but had bugs
The decor was nice but there was a bug problem. We contacted a few times but the problem wasn’t resolved. Hopefully they can spray before the next guests. The kitchen sink also was leaking.

This unit was perfect for our little group!
We had everything we needed for a beautiful and relaxing vacation. Centrally located and close to activities that we were interested in but we had a hard time tearing ourselves away from the view from the balcony!!!

We stayed at Tidewater 404 for my daughter’s senior trip. We had a blast and loved the accommodations at Tidewater. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.

Great view!
Beautiful ocean view, nicely decorated. Loved being able to do a quick loa of laundry. My kids loved the indoor & outdoor pools. There were a few minors things we noted with the unit but overall we had a great stay and would choose here again.

Cute one bedroom condo!
We eloped to Orange Beach, and loved our stay. It was relaxing, decorated so nicely, and the location of Tidewater was convenient. The AC wasn’t working, and they sent someone right away to fix it. My only regret was not staying longer! We will be back.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our 6 year wedding anniversary and also baby moon beach trip. Our little girl will be here beginning of September! Room was nicely decorated and perfect for us to enjoy and relax.

Wonderful vacation home
We enjoyed everything about our stay. The home was very clean, well taken care of, and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was wonderful having an indoor pool with the yucky weather we had during part of our stay. I would definitely book again!
