Maravilla is currently undergoing balcony and walkway improvements, along with a fresh coat of paint. Our balcony will be finished by September 19 and all balconies in our building are expected to be completed by November 11. • The condo is equipped with a few basic supplies but guests should bring their own coffee (for the unit's Keurig), shampoo, etc. and additional supplies for longer stays (including extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, extra trash bags, extra dishwashing soap, extra soap).
• A washer/dryer is available with guests bringing laundry soap.
• There are nearby grocery stores within two miles of the condo.
• Glass bottles not allowed on beach or pool deck so consider bringing canned beverages, plastic bottled water, and perhaps a cooler.
• Bring beach towels, suntan lotion, hats, towels, etc. and items like toys, music, binoculars, flashlights for beach activities.

This condo was very nice. It is well stocked and clean. The owner was very responsive and provided a lot of good recommendations. They even had a couple of boogie boards for us to use which was nice for our kids!

2023 Family Vacation
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was exactly what was shown on the app. It was amazing and had everything that we needed. The check in process was easy. We will be coming back and will be looking forward to it. I would highly highly recommend renting from this property group manager.

This property was a fabulous location for our family. Enjoyed the amenities on the property, but really the condo was the gem in it all. Just enough space for our family & loved the cleanliness, beachy cozy decor & extras provided in the condo for our stay. Beyond wonderful. We will be back for repeat visit as often a possible. Perfect Vacation!
This was our second time staying at the Maravilla Condos. I have to say 4305 was the best and did not disappoint at all. It’s very clean , beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. The walk to beach is not bad at all and of course having the beach chairs was definitely a plus!! We highly recommend this condo for your family’s next vacation!

Absolutely wonderful condo!
Renting was super easy and friendly. The condo was perfect for our short get away as a family. Updated decor and clean. We always love staying in Maravilla but this was one of the best condos hands down for us to stay in. We’ll definitely be looking to book here again next year.
