About this House
Our condo is located in Destin's Crystal Beach area, just across the street from the emerald green waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This adorable one bedroom condo sleeps 6 and is stylishly decorated and fully stocked to make your vacation truly enjoyable. It has a private wrap around balcony with a spectacular view of the Gulf. Just minutes from all that Destin has to offer, but in a quiet locale for enjoying the peace and quiet. If you like fishing, golfing, swimming, boating or enjoy shopping till you drop, Destin has it all.
Enjoy some of the great local restaurants in the area, Capt. Daves, Pompano Joes, Aj's, The Crab Trap or we now have several new places, Outback, Chili's, TGIFridays, Red Lobster, Cracker Barrel and many more to discover on your own. Give me a call, I would love to have you stay here at GCW-301.

What to do besides enjoy our wonderful beach...: Should you wish to explore what the local area has to offer, you'll find an abundance of choices. Sidewalks line scenic 98 for walking, running or bike riding. We are a short drive to the Silver Sands mall to the West, or luxury shopping at Destin Commons to the East. Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's are all within a short drive. We encourage you to leave menus of your favorite restaurants when you come.
For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater.
Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resorts offers wonderful dining and specialty stores as well as great festivals & events that are held at the Market Shops Green or the Center Plaza within the Village.
Grande Boulevard offers stores such as Billabong, Brooks Brothers Country Club, Coldwater Creek, J. Crew-at-the-beach, Sunglass Hut, & Tommy Bahama's Emporium

Water surrounds Destin with the intercoastal waterway to the north and Gulf on the south, creating an abundance of water sports available, including kayaking, wave running, parasailing, kite surfing, snorkeling and so much more!
There are water parks and gocarts for the kids, and fishing, boating, swimming, golfing, dinning, & shopping!

Check in was easy, but during the week the door messed up she was very responsive to us!! the next day still unable to lock so that was aggravating but,overall everything was as it should be.

Amazing Unit
We have been coming to Destin for 20 years. Have stayed at many rentals. This was one of the best. Clean, tastefully decorated, beautiful view of beach, and extremely easy walk to beach. Can’t say enough good. Will try to stay here again.

Great Place To Stay
We areived 2 hours early and was able to check in. The unit was clean and spacious for my fiance and I. The kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking. It was a short walk across the street to the beach. Overall our stay was great and Kathy was pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Great Getaway
We loved our stay at this condo. Everything is in walking distance, love that the beach was right across the street. It was super easy to check-in, the property manager was very accommodating, and we had no complaints! Definitely recommend this place for a couple or a small family of 4.

Gorgeous view
Perfect for my husband and I for the week. The view from here was gorgeous! The balcony was a great spot to have breakfast and watch for the dolphins. Perfect place for couples or a family. There was ice packs to put in the cooler to take to the beach so we didn't have to buy ice. Beach chairs, umbrella and items to take to the beach. Great place!! The only bad thing I can say about the property is, an elevator would've made the week a little better as I didn't realize it was on the 3rd floor.

This place was great. The property owner was very nice and communicated with me through email and on the phone. We actually got there early and she went ahead and let us check in. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Located right across the road from the beach and walking distance to the mall. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view
We loved this small apartment with a beautiful view. It was so nice having a full kitchen to cook in. The beach chairs & umbrella were very nice to be able to use while we stayed. We will plan another trip!

Family vacation 2022
My family with my three year old grandson enjoyed our vacation tremendously. The condo was clean. It had great access to the beach just across the street, the property manager was very helpful. There was toys there for children. Would recommend would stay there again a great trip in the books

Good space for a vacation. Had plenty of space for family to enjoy in the condo. Enjoyed the kitchen and pool. Very busy location. Could get noisy later in the evening and beach location across street had very limited space for public. Overall good experience.
