This 1262 square foot condo is perfect for your beach trip! 2 bedroom/2 bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has 2 full size beds! Sleeps 6! Brand new appliances and includes an ice maker! Ice maker makes 12 pounds of ice, perfect for a cooler when heading to the beach! Brand new granite throughout and new cabinets in both bathrooms! Also enjoy a keurig coffee maker while sitting on the balcony! Tennis courts, volley ball area and a grilling area is right at your finger tips! Private pool access! Private beach access too! 3 50' TV's and a DVD player in the living area. Cable and internet provided too! Laundry is right outside the unit on the same floor! (Laundry requires a fee of $1.50, bring your quarters or use a credit card) Elevator for easy unloading/loading! This unit is about 5 minutes away from the silver sands outlets! Many places to eat less than 5 minutes!

Perfect Location!
The house and property were clean, beds were comfortable. Location was fantastic, quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Communication with the home owner was wonderful, she answered any question we had within minutes. Would definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. It was a great location that allowed us quick access to the beach and a short drive to a lot of amenities. The kids loved the pool and the beach was amazing. The sand was clean and the water was so clear! Highly recommend the Gulfquarium for families.

Unbelievable
When there was hair in the tub I let it go but when there was confetti on the floor when I left the owner tried to turn in a claim on the insurance for “excessive clean”. We cleaned up before we left but we didn’t sweep the confetti out of the floor. I cleaned condos for a living for 3 years. I know how to leave one and I know what an excessive clean is. This owner was absolutely wrong. PS the claim was denied. The insurance company got my input and they thought she was as ridiculous as I did.

Family Christmas trip
We had a great family vacation over Christmas. The area is beautiful and the place we stayed was very nice. Our host was always available if I had an questions or concerns. We will definitely go back and would use this jist again

Beach Time!
We live in Kansas. We are checking to see if we need to have a new Thanksgiving tradition. Had such a great time! The kids enjoyed the beach as well as the pool.

Well equipped Home Away from Home!
Melissa was amazing at providing details in regards to the inclusions and provisions in the unit. It was better than we expected. This unit is very well equipped. The beds are firm, so jist a warning if you have bad joints like me to take advantage of the comfortable pillows for added comfort. The kitchen was amazing. We made good use of everything that came included. Highly recommend! We as a small group utilized walmart plus app and ordered condiments, groceries for lunches, breakfast, bottled water, etc. We forgot salt and pepper! Warning - nothing can be left in property for courtesy of guests that come afyer so order small or travel size items to avoid waste. Walmart will take back any items you do not utilize! The beach is across the street. It was very serene and peaceful - not overcrowded - as we went during the off season. We had dinner at Captain Dave's. We highly recommend Fudpuckers as well. Everything is in close proximity. We drove the 20mins to Santa Rosa Beach & explored Seaside and all the wonders where The Truman Show was filmed. We also absolutely loved the very clean John Beasely Park (note - they have very convenient outdoor showers)!! I highly recommend renting this comfortable home. Thank you again, Melissa!

Wedding vacation
Oldest daughter had wedding at the beach. Her condo was just a very short walk across the road and onto the beach. We loved this condo, 5th floor with balcony facing the pool. Had our coffee every morning watching pool and people from other homes strolling to beach with families and equipment. This condo was great for our younger daughter and her husband to share with us. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We would visit again if coming to Destin FL also within walking distance of several restaurants.

Awesome location
Great place! Plenty of space for a family of five! Awesome location. Quick walk across the street to the beach. Place had a slight smell of fish or lobster at the beginning of the week but other than that it was fine
