Are you looking to have all the amenities while you live the beach life? Well, look no further as our newly renovated one bedroom beach front condo, or our home away from home, has it all! Crystal Sands is ideally located just steps from the white sands and warm waters of Crystal Beach and minutes (1mi) from the famous Destin Commons. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from inside the condo close to the ocean style!
Our passion is your experience and we'll do everything we can to make sure you'll remember your trip for a lifetime here at Salty Snow Properties.
Crystal Sands is a low rise (3 story) condo building with a private beach so you can avoid the crowds. It's also perched nicely above the crystal blue waters for amazing views of the beach and waters. Nothing better than watching the sunset from the patio as the dolphins swim by in our opinion! Except maybe a cold beverage to go along with it! The sounds of the waves crashing on the beach inside don't hurt either....or at least that's what we think!
With a first class design, luxury amenities, and an unbeatable convenient location you'll find it here as Crystal Sands has it all! You can enjoy an outdoor pool or watch the kiddos build sand castles while you get dinner ready or read a book on the patio. It's truly an unrivaled experience and we'd love to share our family condo with you.
You name it, it's new in our unit. We recently redid everything from floor to the ceiling. New tile, cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, king size bed, sofa with a pullout, and a new TV to unwind after a long day playing in the sand. If comfort is what you desire, comfort is what you'll get; as we believe our second home should be just as comfortable, if not more, than our primary residence. We also just removed the popcorn and added some can lights this spring (2022) and I am in love personally!
You'll also be welcomed to a fully stocked kitchen for those with a passion for cooking, or looking to save a few bucks. Cooking not your thing? Mix a few drinks with the blender or open a bottle of wine before you head to one of the delicious restaurants that we've provided in the suggestions guide in the unit.
We strive to create an atmosphere that'll allow you to make the lifetime memories you came to Destin to achieve. A beachfront paradise where you park your car outside to open the door to an ocean view that makes you forget about it all right away so you can....VACATION!

This is a private one bedroom condo that you will have full use and access to during your stay.
We are available before, during and after your stay. Just a phone call, text or email away! We have included a binder in the unit of places we like to venture out to to get you pointed it the right direction for some of the additional amenities and hot spots around the area.
The condo complex is located right on Crystal Sands beach. The sand is so fine it squeaks beneath your feet as you're walking towards the water. Magical! We are within minutes of several great restaurants and bars. We're also a mile walk/drive to Destin Commons where there are several shops and restaurants to keep you busy throughout your stay. On the beach you're able to rent paddle boards, jet skis and some other smaller equipment. If you're looking for something bigger or other activities they are also close by and some suggestions are included in the binder we conveniently located in the condo for reference during your stay.
Most guests arrive with a car when coming to visit and you'll have access to the free parking lot at the complex. Some guests even choose to bring along or rent bikes while vacationing as it can be a fun way to see some of the sites and hope around the area. There are racks to lock them up. We would love to have you out and are owner operated to attend to your needs during your stay!

Great beachfront condo!
We really enjoyed this condo. The location is great and the views are wonderful. The back door is only a few feet from the steps to the beach. The owners/management were fantastic. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for our stay. The place was humidity free which is a definite plus as other places we’ve stayed in this same area always felt damp especially the beds. The extra bathroom another big bonus. Beach service, beautiful beach….Highly recommend this condo if you’re coming to Destin!

Wonderful!
This condo was perfect for our stay in Destin. It was beautiful and the view was beautiful! And being on the ground floor, we didn't have to leave the condo to feel we were sitting on the beach. And we loved the fact that it was close to so many restaurants and stores. We hope to be back again! Thank you Salty Snow for all the amenities that was provided as well.

Annual late-winter trip to the beach.
Although the weather was cool, the beach view was gorgeous. Still got a lot of walking done, Also did some very enjoyable dining every day. It was great having our siblings in Destin at the same time. We will see you again next year.

Relaxing Retreat
This condo was the perfect place for my husband and I for a fall break get away. There is a beautiful view from the room and a short walk to the beach from the ground floor. Everything was nice and clean. Nick was very helpful with all of my questions and easy to contact. We look forward to booking again!

Beautiful ocean view and condo!
This condo was everything that we could have wanted and more! The view is amazing, and access to the beach was very convenient, especially if you have children. Also, Nick with Salty Snow Properties was very responsive and helpful. We love this destination and will definitely be back!

Our Stay
The property was amazing. It was convenient. We loved the beach front access. I would definitely have the cleaning crew thoroughly check drawers and cabinets as we found a dirty spatula in one of the drawers, dirty cups and there is a refrigerator shelf propped up on top of the cabinets.

Perfection!
I don't have any negative things to say! Place is perfection and the condo being on the 1st floor was amazing for traveling with a toddler. Easy to go up when he was tired or when family was hungry, I was able to go up and prep lunch and bring down instead of making multiple trips. Communication was fast and friendly. Nothing negative to say... If you are on the fence - BOOK it!

Beach retreat
Perfectly situated, this condo is awesome for a beach vacation. Open the sliding glass door and the beach and ocean is staring at you. Love this place and will definitely come back.

Perfect beach getaway
We had the best time in Destin for a mother/daughter trip. The condo was absolutely perfect. Amazing location, just steps from the beach and super clean. Nicely updated as well. Highly highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back here for another stay!
