Welcome to Cabana Club 205! This is a beautifully maintained 1BR, 2BA unit that accommodates six guests in the heart of Destin Florida. Perfect for a family or small group to experience the Gulf of Mexico and have an amazing vacation. Cabana Club in Destin is a beautifully maintained, beachfront complex in Crystal Beach with a lovely grill area, beach boardwalk and sprawling vegetation.
Located on the second floor with both elevator and stair access, unit 205 welcomes guests into an entryway that leads to the rest of the unit. There is a stacked washer and dryer in a laundry closet adjacent to the front door. Walking down the hall on the left is the master bedroom with a king size bed, bright crisp furniture and walls reminiscent of the gulf. There is a double door closet in the master bedroom and plenty of storage. The master bathroom includes a soaker tub and sink, perfect for a soak after spending the day in the sun.
Walking back into the hallway, guests will reach the second bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. This is the bathroom for guests who are using the sleeping accommodations in the living room. After walking past the bathroom, guests are welcomed into the dining area with a table that accommodates four with three additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has warm tones with modern, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen counter opens up into the open-concept living room complete with beach views, two pull-out couches, a coffee table and flatscreen TV. The building just upgraded their internet for screaming fast wifi. The living room opens up with brand new doors and recently refinished balcony with additional seating.

As described
The description and photos are accurate and do the property justice. It was a beautiful unit overlooking a private beach on the gulf. We did find one of the couch cushions had a large wet spot that rendered it unusable for a day until it dried. Be advised Cabana Bay partners with a beach service to provide two chairs and an umbrella for rent at $50 a day. What's unfortunate is if you are not using their rentals you will never have a front row unobstructed view of the gulf. The beach service sets up their chairs and umbrellas across the entire front of the building at the waters edge. The chairs/umbrella are left up all day even if they are not rented. We got to the beach early one morning and set up our own chairs and umbrella. The beach service actually moved them out of the way to put up their own. I highly recommend unit 205 but not so much Cabana Bays partnership with the beach service.

Great condo choice!!
Well stocked kitchen and ver nice towels. Super clean and well maintained! We look forward to returning to 205 this Spring. It is a great location with a beautiful and private beach too.

Large condo on Beach front property! Very clean!! I enjoyed the large balcony. The king size bed is very comfortable and I love the high quality linens. This condo is quiet and a great place to unwind. Already looking forward to go back!

Beautiful Beach and Condo!
We had a great visit. Love the location! Condo has a great jacuzzi tub, and a large balcony. Several good restaurants with in walking distance too.

Cozy and Beautiful!!!
Wonderful one bedroom condo; best one I've ever stayed at and right on the beach! Great jacuzzi tub and shower room. The beach is private and not crowded. I will be back and hope to stay in 205 many times. The Soley staff are very nice and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. This is a CLEAN condo and that is always important to me! Hope to be back soon and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony.
