Clean and cozy studio 100 yards from sugar-white beaches. Located in Destin’s most incredible beach-side neighborhood. Not only is this walking distance to the beach, but also top restaurants premiere outdoor shopping, beachside biking/jogging paths, and a corner cafe with live music.

Crystal Beach Retreat is nestled In the quaint neighborhood filled with rainbow cottages, a private gated pool, and has laundry facilities. Whole Foods, Publix, shopping, and movies blocks away. Just right for small families, couples as well as the business traveler. It's a honeymoon haven, too! Natural, private pathways surround the Caribbean-style grounds.

Great place for a Couple We had so much fun. This unit is located on the side close to the parking lot and easy to access your vehicle. Also very close to the pool. We rented bikes and rode everyday. The cottages are right in the middle of everything. The room was the perfect size for a couple. The ONLY thing that could use help was the curtains. (Maybe some Velcro) I did use hair clips for the curtain because the room is wide open with the curtains open anyone walking by can see you changing. We had every single thing we needed to cook and have coffee every morning. (After a quick Walmart run) The host Christina was very responsive the entire time from booking until we checked out. We signed the quest book & can’t wait to come back & sign it again. We felt right at home. The walk to the beach wasn’t far at all! I shook the sheets and swept every night so we weren’t soooo covered in sand. Kinda hard when you are at the beach parasailing or riding jet skis everyday though. I personally didn’t get in the pool but I have one at home. The day I went to the water park my husband did though and he loved it. We will be back and we will rent upstairs and bring our grown kids with us! It’s a great place!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Crystal beach one of best Outside place to stay with walking to beach just across road. Crystal beach is one of best beaches. One drawback of Crystal Beach is no public restroom. With rental location you can just go back to room which is perfect. Not to mention outstanding accommodations.

Heather This was a convenient place for walking to whatever you need - a few miles here and there. We had what we needed with the exception of beach towels, which I brought thanks to another review. The beach isn't just steps away unless you walk over homes, and when you get to the beach its mostly all roped off as private with rental chairs...it was disappointing to have to be kicked off the beach and asked to walk down to the public sections... there are two public beach access points across the street which is easy enough and close to get to. The unit has sliding doors that wouldn't close tight making the cold nights real drafty. We had issues getting the cable to work as well but after a lot of trials we managed to get live cable to watch in the evening during the cold snap. The pool area seemed okay, the pool water was cold! This unit is perfect for a couple, with a little TLC this would be an amazing place.

Best Week Ever Our 4 year old granddaughter loves the pool being right outside of the patio doors. It was just right for my husband and I and the two children 4, 12. Might be a bit cramped for 4 adults.

Great Place near beach Very nice place for beach stay. Very short walk to beach that was not crowded. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and anything else you can imagine. Very nice neighborhood.

Very Pleasant Was very pleased with our stay. The cottage was clean and the area was nice and quiet. Families with small kids mostly. Just an easy walk to the beach. Traffic is not bad at all along the beach road. Quick access to HWY 98 which will take you to Sandestin or Destin proper within minutes. Just a very pleasant stay.

Perfect Location Walking distance to private beach/ restaurant! Unit was nice and clean! We will stay again! Next time we will stay in the one slightly bigger and upstairs!

Ideal cottage Proximity to pool, hearing all the kids having a ball, and relative closeness to the beach, made it a lovely place for 2 to stay. Four bodies would have been cramped.

Crystal Beach experience My stay in destin was amazing. The property was clean and well maintained. I especially enjoyed how close it was to the beach, and a short drive away from other activities. Will definitely visit and rent again 🥰
