Caribbean Dunes is a 2nd floor unit - featuring a beautiful balcony with ocean views. This condo is cleaned by an Private Inpidual and not a cleaning service. It is cleaned from ceiling to floor each check out. Cleanliness is a must for me! You must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this condo. No Exceptions! This is an HOA requirement. Please do not request to book if you are not at least 25years old. Amenities: • King sized Memory Foam bed in the master bedroom • Queen sized Memory Foam bed in the loft • Queen sized Memory Foam pull-out sofa • Beautiful new tile floors throughout • New washer & dryer • Community pool & hot tub • Free WiFi & Streaming • Stainless steel appliances, 3 flat screen TVs & top of the line furnishings throughout. • Beach towels, Beach chairs and sand toys for your use and enjoyment. Activities: • Bike and waterboard rentals 1 block away • Premier shopping a couple of blocks north @ Destin Commons • Local shops and Outlet Malls within a 5 mile radius of Caribbean Dunes. • Endless family entertainment including --The Track, an outdoor go-cart and mini-golf park --Big Kahuna's, an outdoor water & adventure park --Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl --Henderson State Park, and many, many more. DISCLAIMER: • Please be aware of these fees before you book: --$200.00 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee --11% tax rate --$59.00 damage protection policy is required --Booking fee charged by HomeAway • I reserve the right to inspect the property if I have been notified of any of the following issues. Love It!
This is the perfect condo for our family of 3. The loft bedroom is perfect for our son to have his own space. The beds are very comfortable. This condo is gorgeous and very clean. It is well equipped with everything needed for a great vacation. The beach view is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning watching the waves and eating breakfast. It was so relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back next year!

This is it!
This is the best location and the rental is awesome! It is clean, comfortable, and well kept. I had no issues whatsoever and would absolutely stay here again. If you are looking for a spot to kick back and soak up the sun and surf, this is it. We stayed during the 4th of July holiday and it was absolutely perfect.

Caribbean Vibes
Great location!!! Small hiccup during check-in, but that was the least of our worries. Once inside the home was nice and clean and just as the listing shows. Spacious, clean and cool! Kitchen had plenty of utensils for our cooking and grilling days. Perfect view from the balcony to the beach! Just sitting on the balcony looking at the water is BIG! Definitely enjoyed our stay here and would book here again in a heartbeat.

Clean, love that is was a short distance from the beach however I almost broke my hand trying to open the pool gate and it felt like we could not relax due to the warning from the property manager that if she received a complaint we would get out hard to do with kids

Great location
Everything at this condo was perfect!! Easy parking, across the street from the beach, beach chairs provided in the condo, etc! The only down side, which isn’t their fault, is the size of the public beach. We had a small group and were able to get pretty good spots, but lots of families with large tents as well, so get to the beach early to get a good spot :)

Great location and comfortable stay
We did a really quick stay, but loved the location. Room fit our needs perfectly, and provided a safe location extremely near the beach. Kids enjoyed the upstairs loft bed, and the large balcony was an added bonus.

Great beach condo
The condo was nicely decorated, very clean. Beds were comfy. Stocked with any extras you would need like beach toys, chairs, towels. My kids loved playing on the balcony. The location is central-close to many restaurants, shopping Publix and Whole Foods, which made it easy to eat at the condo and avoid lines. The beach is gorgeous-the only downside is that the beachfront properties rope off the majority of the beach so there’s a small crowded strip for the public.
