Summary:
You will love this place I treat it as my own home. You will have all the necessities including regular towels , cable, high speed internet. The Public access to the beach is approximately a half a mile away. You'll have pools to relax in case you get tired from the beach the condo also has a tennis court! its a large gated community with a great big catch and release Lake as your backyard view.This unit is on the first floor.

Great location in the heart of Destin! It has a view of the Lake in the backyard.The beach is less than a 5 min drive(0.9 Miles). It is walking distance of Chick fil A (0.4 Miles) Shakes Frozen Custard (0.2 Miles) Waffle House (0.2 Miles) Big Red Cafe(0.4 Miles) Big Kahuna Water Park! (0.5 Miles) And Winn Dixie (0.9 Miles).

Gated Community. Lots of Parking.

Made it work. Love the location. Perfect distance from everything. The place was roomy overall. Internet was not working most of the time. Couldn’t watch my sports. Bathroom was not clean but the host quickly took care of the problem. Microwave wasn’t working and that was taking care of also. I think the host should always address his renters by their name versus saying hey that is very disrespectful. The people that live above are constantly making noise 24 hours and never stop so I didn’t think we will visit this place again.

Awesome place The owner was awesome and very responsive! The place was very nice for me and wife to have nice little getaway. If I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely stay there again. If you go on a walk across the bridge on the pond, bring some quarters so you can buy some animal feed to feed the turtles and ducks.

Get Away For Two The location was great. You’re surrounded by shopping and restaurants. We planned our stay due to a wedding and it put us 3 miles out from the Emerald grand Hotel the venue for the wedding and it was the perfect location.. The property comes equipped with everything that you need from coffee maker, linens, towels, cookware , a view of the pond and the pool is around the corner it worked perfectly for my husband, and I as we made it a getaway for the two of us. The property owner was very nice and allowed early check-in due to the day that we were checking in. It was bad weather and he had no problem with working with us for the accommodations to make an early check-in possible. We really appreciated communication with him via VRBO was fast and immediate.

Destin Condo Location was good, pools were nice. Upstairs neighbors were really loud. Listing says sleeps 3 but the only sleeping option for a 3rd person was an air mattress or couch.

Our stay The listing is very accurate and the condo is close to everything. The only thing I would say is that the main bed should be a king size bed and you should get a dead bold for locking the door inside. We will definitely visit this condo again when we return. Thanks for unlocking the door early 😀

Great location We stayed at this property for two nights. We found everything as presented on the site. Bed was super comfortable and the home was clean and comfortable for the two of us. The is wet communicated well with us although we had few questions. Having few questions is usually because everything was well organized. Location was perfect for our needs.

Beach weekend! The place was perfect for me and 3 friends. The bed was really comfy as well as the fold away bed and the couch was spacious for all of us to lounge. Everything was provided in the kitchen for use as well! Thank you for the stay!

It was a nice experience and the host was excellent The unit is close to everything! Beach is is less 5mnt away on car. A lot of choices to eat at walking distance. The unit is comfortable 😌 bed was nice, we brought our air mattress but the unit has one and a gigantic zofa great for my nephew. The Host is attentive, friendly and responsive. I will book it again.
