Beautifully appointed with gorgeous interiors, thoughtful finishes balance comfortable and functional rooms in this seaside retreat. Breathtaking views await in the open-concept living-dining space designed for rest and relaxation. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors provide a peaceful backdrop in the living room with a couch, chair, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you might need during your vacay. Create delicious snacks for the pool, just outside your door, or heartier meals for nights spent in. The patio is the perfect spot for morning coffee or taking in stunning Destin sunsets. Awake refreshed each morning after a great night's sleep on the queen-sized bed.
With the pool just outside your door, you’ll want to enjoy plenty of pool time. Get a quick workout in or enjoy a game of tennis before heading to the beach. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

I enjoyed my stay. Very cozy, very pleased with the office and grounds personnel. They were very nice and helpful. Everything was very pleasant. The only thing I would have liked was a bigger refrigerator and a microwave or oven. Otherwise it was everything I asked for. Thanks will definitely be coming back

Perfect Couple Get Away
My husband and I booked this room for a long weekend. The condo was just the right size for us. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The bed was comfortable. The room was a little warm but not to bad. We would definitely stay here again

Great room for two
This studio room was so pleasant! It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The mini fridge is small but mighty - everything was kept cold. There is an ice maker as well, and it works perfectly. Plenty of room. Close to everything. Nice balcony, but no beach view since it’s on the ground floor. The only negative is that I could hear people in the breezeway when they walked to the pool or walked to the vending machines. The door was not insulated very well, so that noise was a little distracting. But, I wasn’t disturbed that much. I would stay here again!

Needed to be cleaned. The ice fridge was way too frozen and door wouldn't shut. Couldn't even use the ice

Anniversary get away
We enjoyed the location, easy to get in and out. The condo was very quaint , perfect for a couple. The only thing was it was on the ally to the beach so early morning it could be very noisy from people and workers getting started, you felt like they were coming in the condo.
