SunDestin 1106 is a charming one bedroom, one and one half bathroom with updated bedding, tranquil décor and stainless steel appliances throughout. With its spacious layout, you'll find plenty of space to relax after a long day of enjoying all the amenities that SunDestin Beach Resort has to offer. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and indulge in your favorite foods with family and friends. After dinner brew a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig and gather around the oversized kitchen counter to spend quality time together playing games and conversing. When it's time to wind down, walk out on to the balcony through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to take in the tranquil views of the sun falling over the Gulf of Mexico as you relax on the upscale polywood furniture. When you are ready to retire for the evening, you'll find a king size bed in the primary suite. The queen-sized sofa sleeper is perfect for the kids to have popcorn and watch movies using the complimentary DVD rental on the flat screen living room television before falling asleep. Just steps from the crystal-clear waters and picturesque white sandy beaches, SunDestin 1106 is a true paradise.

This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Enjoy the on-site restaurant to satisfy your palate, achieve your workout goals in the fitness room, pick up a souvenir or any items you may have forgotten from the gift shop, or stay in and rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The expansive conference room boasts a picturesque space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor splash pad, an outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

San Destin Stay
Excellent stay. The only issue was the bed! The bed mattress needs to be replaced! It slept as though the mattress was 15 years or older.

Great but bad
The room was really great clean and a great view. Two issues we had was the building was under construction which blocked one of the garbage shoots so we had to walk to the complete other side of the resort to just drop trash. And the other was on the beach they want you to rent an umbrella and chairs for almost $50 for eight hours. We went and bought our own umbrella and beach chairs and brought them down to the beach put everything up and walked over to the bar to get a drink. When we came back, our umbrella was shut and one of the staff who was very, not rude, but not nice told us we are not allowed to have an umbrella on their beach unless we rent one. This is ridiculous, The resort does not own the beach. The state of Florida does and they acted like it was such a big issue.. for this reason I would never stay there again

Some Of The Lights Wouldn’t Work. Some Of The Plug Outages Wouldn’t Work Could Not Watch Tv In The Living Room It Kept Turning Off On Us And The DVD Player Wouldn’t Work We Rented A DVD And Couldn’t Watch It But Loved The View

Exceeded Expectations!
We have stayed at other condos in Destin, but this rental was by far the cleanest, most modern and overall, very comfortable. Parking was a breeze, the gift shop very convenient/well-stocked and the restaurant/bar was a "10". Easy check-in, great staff! Close to the beach. Highly Recommended.

They forgot everything
We checked into the condo and it has no trash cans anywhere in the entire unit. Then half the unit didn’t have electricity for the first day. Then we found not pans or pots to cook in. Spent most of the first day of our vacation trying to get in touch with front desk for things needed. I have stayed at sun destin several times and this was the worst unit by far. Go elsewhere
