It is located less than 2 miles from Everbank Stadium and downtown Jacksonville event venues! We love your furry friends - this apartment is pet friendly and includes front and back yards for walking!

The living room is sunny and spacious with access to both the front porch and deck area. In-unit laundry is also available - an outstanding amenity for longer term guests!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full 1st story of the duplex.
Shared spaces include the backyard and 1st floor front porch.
The Neighborhood:
The Springfield neighborhood features beautiful 100-year-old homes, and oak tree-lined streets. Enjoy the architecture! Springfield has great walkability/ bike-ability. It is officially the most bike-able neighborhood in Jacksonville’s urban core, according to WalkScore.com. We have great parks (with full disc golf courses), eclectic nightlife, unique restaurants, abundant social events, and friendly neighbors!
Springfield is just north of Jacksonville’s downtown. This is an excellent location for exploring Downtown’s museums (the MOSH, the MOCA, The Ritz Theatre and Museum). We’re just five minutes from VyStar Arena, TIAA Bank Field Stadium, twenty minutes to the beach, and less than ten minutes to some of the other trendy neighborhoods that we love! We have a list of businesses and restaurants that we absolutely recommend and would be delighted to share with you!
Getting Around:
Public transportation is minimal in Jacksonville in general. You are a few blocks north of the downtown bus terminal if you would like to use that.
There is also the Skyway if you would like to take a short trip around the urban core area.
Uber and Lyft both operate in Jacksonville so these are excellent resources if you don't feel like driving/don't have access to a car.

Reviews indicate that this property offers a beautiful and spacious interior, with a great location close to downtown and various amenities, making it ideal for visitors. Many guests appreciated the cleanliness and decor, as well as the dog-friendly policy. However, there are notable maintenance issues, such as uncomfortable furniture, plumbing problems, and an unkempt backyard, which detracted from some guests' experiences. Overall, while the property has many appealing features, potential renters should be aware of the need for improvements in certain areas.
Short stay, Great place to stay
We enjoyed the historic small village area of this location, and the pretty moss hanging from the tree's. The large space this place offers is great too. I would totally stay here again.

Fair to partly cloudy,
The unit appeared to be recently remodeled, it appears that they took some shortcuts for an example. The vanity faucets did not fit the vanity. They were too small, resulting in overflow of water when you washed your hands. The unit had three barstools we had sat on one of them within the first 10 minutes, and the chair fell apart. This property has a front and backyard. The backyard is accessible through a stairway but the backyard weeds were 2 to 3 feet tall and we couldn’t use that area at all. The furniture specifically the couches were way too low and were hard to get in and out of and they were very uncomfortable . There wasn’t a comfortable chair in the whole facility. The guest bedroom door knob fell off when we first closed the door. There are string lights on the exterior of the building which have about 12 to 15 lights burn out on it bulbs, burn out the main vanity in the master bedroom Had two lightbulbs burn out Taking that all into consideration we had a great visit with our daughter, but would not stay there again

Great experience
The location was perfect for us as it was a short drive to the sports complex area and walking distance to some breweries. I loved that the property is dog-friendly and I appreciated the filtered water pitcher in the fridge. The unit is nicely decorated and thoughtfully appointed. The neighborhood is in transition with a mix of renovated homes and some fixer-uppers but this property has been renovated and is lovely inside with beautiful high ceilings and lots of natural light.

Jacksonville Visit
We stayed in Jacksonville to visit family. The inside of the house is beautiful, just like the pictures. Communication with management was not great as I asked to have my guest count changed a month prior to my visit and was not made aware of the extra charges until a day before our stay. The outdoor backyard space is disgusting. We were informed someone would come clean it up. Little did we know that would be at 1 AM in the morning scaring most of us awake. The neighborhood itself is nice but not the surrounding area. We would probably not stay again.

Great property
Adorable property in the Springfield community. Close to sporting events and downtown. Fabulous food within a few blocks. Home was very clean and super cute. The bathroom faucets need replacing but otherwise a wonderful home. Host was very responsive. Would definitely rent again.
