Summer Relief Getaway We had found this beautiful property in Highlands that was available and very convenient to dining and shops. It was our first time to the area and expect to be back in the years to follow.

Lovely cabin near center of town This was a comfortable place. Clean and modern. Easy walk into town and quick walk to several nice trails. Bedroom is very small, but not bad for three nights.

Quick get away The cottage was close to main street, clean and had everything we needed for a quick get away. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and drinking our beverages of choice. The Highlands are a nice escape from the summer heat this time of the year.

Good location, Not ideal for small children We booked this cabin for a short weekend getaway at the last minute. It would have been fine but we had our two small children with us which required us to have to utilize the pull out bed. Upon pulling out the sofa there were crumbs and dirt underneath the cushions and then a lumpy uncomfortable mattress which you could feel each spring. There was also hair in the shower and behind the toilet seat. If traveling without my children my husband and I most likely would have enjoyed it more as we would not have needed the extra sleeping space. The outdoor seating area is nice and the location is great. Walkable to Main Street and very accessible to hikes.
