Most a year-round community, there are an amazing array of quintessential Mountain Homes carefully placed throughout this community. Great walking, beautiful scenery, and friendly neighbors. You can walk to town from our home, but to get anywhere else you will need a car. The driveway is a gravel driveway and has a steep approach. 4 X4 is NOT NEEDED, but please refer to our video recommendations on how to ascend and descend the driveway safely. We provide plenty of dishwasher detergent and cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, high quality toilet paper and Tupperware, a fully stocked kitchen with all cooking and service utensils, coffee and tea, and other items that are not often included in a vacation rental.
