The condo will be 100% occupied by you! There is ample parking on the ground level for 2 vehicles. You can walk up 1 flight of stairs or hop on one of 2 elevators to your room on the first floor. Luggage carts are available on the ground floor next to each elevator.
Getting Around:
You will have 2 free parking spaces on the premise. You can easily walk anywhere downtown Gatlinburg with our convenient location. Uber & Lift are also available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
There are electric vehicle chargers located just across the street at Bennet's BBQ.
The unit is located right next door to the Ober Gatlinburg Tram station for quick and easy access to excellent skiing and snowboarding slopes.

Perfect Location
I would have given this property a 5-star rating except the floors were filthy for lack of a better word. They were swept and appeared clean but after we had some drops of water on the tile from doing dishes and wiped it up with a paper towel it showed how much dirt was actually on the floor. It was obvious they don't get washed after every stay. The rest of the condo was very clean. Communication was great! Also, we didn't find a way to turn on the fireplace that you see in the picture and we were there in January. There was a heater in the living area which we used because the windows and door are drafty. A binder in the condo or more detailed information about the property would have been helpful. The location can't be beat if you want to walk around the shopping areas as parking is pretty expensive and it appeared it was one flat fee, not by the hour (that we saw on the main road anyway). Overall a good stay and I wouldn't be wary of booking again.

Great place for a family getaway
The property was exactly what I expected. It was very nice and great for a family of 4. We ate out and spent most of our time doing activities, but it had everything you meeded to be able to eat in if you chose. Initially we had trouble getting in, only necause of a missed email on my part and Nick was very responsive on giving me the code so we could get right in and enjoy our stay. The guests before us broke the tv in the family room. Nick informed us of the problem and in less than 24 hours it was replaced and good to go. I think he did a great job and was very impressed with hisdirect and efficient communication and problem solving. We willcomeback again when the opportunity presents itself.

Great stay!
Great time in Gatlinburg for our anniversary. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Good location and in walking distance to most attractions in the area. Nick was a great host and checked in with us to make sure we were ok. Would definitely stay here again.

Gatlinburg Vacation
The property is very well located and met our needs well. One issue was there is very little storage for guests. The dresser and other spaces were full with the linens for the sofa bed. Not bad for a short trip was a little confining for seven nights. Even with just two of us. The condo was cute and well located. We hiked alit so the proximity to the National park was great. Overall, outstanding stay in a cute and well located condo.

Vacation Rental
We have stayed all over Gatlinburg and the surrounding area over the years. This is the most convenient location we have stayed. We try to change locations every visit but this place is great and we will book it again next trip.

Nice Stay
Decent place, close enough to walk to most things, kids liked jumping in the pool at the end of a hot day. Condo was pretty clean, well equipped, and decorated nicely. My husband and I both found both of the beds to be uncomfortable (to be expected on the pull out) but of course thats a personal preference. Overall we had a nice trip and we would stay here again.

Clean, quaint condo
Nice, small condo located at the national park end of the strip. Easily accessible from the bypass so you don’t have to deal with the traffic on the strip to get here. Strip is easily walkable from the condo. Great access to the national park. Living room is on the small side but was fine with us as we were out and about most of the day, everyday. The outdoor pool is enclosed on 3 sides by the building, making any noise carry. We were able to enjoy some Frank Sinatra IN the unit that someone was playing on their speaker by the pool one evening. The pool does close at 10 and the music stopped then. All in all we enjoyed our stay and we had no issues when we had to contact the host with a couple of questions.

Amazing getaway
I cant say enough about this property! Nick made it so easy for us. It was the perfect size and within walking distance of everything! It literally felt like home staying there. We visit atleast 2 times a year and will never stay anywhere else! The bed was so comfortable , full size fridge , stive , microwave you name it hes thought of it! The pool insode and out was just an added bonus! It was so clean and plenty of linens to last us for the entire stay.Thanks Nick for having such an awesome property! We will see you again later in the year!!! You deserve way more than 5 stars!

Great condo, great location!
This is a great condo in the heart of Gatlinburg. Literally one block to the hustle & bustle of the Main Street! 5-10min walk to all the moonshine tastings. Perfect! The condo was clean, perfectly appointed and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!
