Smoky Mountain Condo Very cute, renovated condo. Very short drive to national park. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Recommend!

Perfect getaway for 2 We enjoyed our stay and would book this property again. The unit was very clean, quiet and in a convenient location. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked great. Having the kitchenette sure saved us some money—my husband cooked breakfast all 3 mornings (good quality cookware and kitchen basics; he also made pizza one night). I appreciated having a hair dryer, storage in the bathroom to hold our personal toiletries, plenty of hot water w/good pressure and plenty of towels. So glad there was an elevator!! It’s a perfect place for 2 adults wanting a short getaway.

Book with confidence. This is a nice condo in a quiet building. The bed is very comfortable. The shower was great. The freezer has an ice maker. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the main drag. There are stairs at the back of the building that lead to a road that starts you on the journey to fun. The hosts are very attentive. Stay here without worry.

Laurel Inn While the condo is a little older it is in good shape. Clean. In town but walk to Parkway is longer than expected. Definitely would stay again.

Relaxing Getaway We had a very enjoyable stay! The condo was very clean & just as it was represented in the VRBO listing! William & Renee were very responsive to any question we had! Hopefully we will be able to stay again!

Cute Condo It’s cute for 2 and nicely decorated. We weren’t thrilled that you couldn’t get in until 4pm and then had some issues knowing the number to get in. It wasn’t located quite where we thought it was and there was no view from the balcony.

Perfect spot for the Smokies The space was big enough for my husband and I to relax and prep a couple simple meals. The bed was very comfortable. The building was quiet and the apartment was very clean. The location was perfect for our activities: hiking, roaring fork motor trail, Cades Cove, and walking distance to the strip. It was a bit of an incline back up from the strip but I would rather do that than search/pay for parking. The hosts checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. We did do laundry and there were plenty of open machines. We would definitely stay here again.

Truly enjoyed staying here! Property is 13 min walk to Gatlinburg downtown, there’s no need to use car (if you enjoy walking and avoiding traffic) easy to move everywhere and pretty quiet property, very affordable place , with no doubt we could rent this place again.

Just far enough off the busy downtown We enjoyed being near downtown -- but loved being able to end the day feeling far enough away from the craziness of downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was comfortable and clean. The pool was refreshing and felt semi-private. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Loved it! We really enjoyed the privacy of the condo & the ability to walk to the main street in Gatlinburg. Our communication with the owners was easy & pleasant. Complex has a nice pool area with luggage carts & elevator access which was definitely a plus. We really enjoyed our week in Tennessee!!

Cozy and clean Clean, cozy small condo in beautiful Gatlinburg. Great for 2 people like us. Bed is very comfortable. We are all our meals out but it’s set up for small meals. It is a climb from the strip to the condo so we often had to get parking near the strip. The walk down to strip is pretty easy though. Very quiet place too.

Comfortable stay Very relaxing cozy condo. Slept great! The walk down to the strip was ok but returning is uphill and flight of steps back up to condo was challenging and we are fit! Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Close to town Tiny for two. . Fairly close to town but five flights (65 stairs) of stairs up and down just to leave the apartment and at least 1/4 mile to walk to the strip. My husband and I are pretty fit and it was challenging. The place was clean and nicely decorated. William and Renee was very nice and responded quickly.

Convenient & Cozy We had such a great stay, this condo was so comfortable and cozy, just as listed. You can’t beat the convenience to Gatlinburg, we will definitely book again for a quick getaway!

Weekend getaway We enjoyed our stay in simple retreat. Bed was super comfortable. The best I've slept on vacation in a while. Everything is tastefully decorated and kept clean. Only thing I can complain about is the cleanliness of the bathroom. Their was hair all over the floor and in the shower . Whoever is responsible for cleaning the bathrooms is not doing their job.
