The location was good. A block off the Parkway. That’s why I would even give it one star. The condo was in bad shape. The remote for the TV in the living room didn’t work. I swapped out the batteries, still did not work. The kitchen ceiling had a vent that was hanging down. Also, the kitchen cabinets had holes in them. The ceiling above the tub/shower in the bathroom had a large water stain. It seemed dirty around the entire area above tub/shower. The mattress on the bed was terrible. It was difficult to get out of bed and to stay on our sides because the mattress was low in the middle. One ply toilet paper and one ply paper towels. Luckily we didn’t plan on eating at the condo, as the refrigerator and freezer were too small to hold many groceries. There also wasn’t a toaster to toast our bagels in the morning. Whoever is managing this condo for the host, is doing a terrible job.

Cozy and comfortable stay!
We had a wonderful time visiting Gatlinburg and staying in this cozy and comfortable condo! We would definitely stay here again! The king bed was very comfortable so it made our vacation so much enjoyable. The location of this condo is right next to the elevator which was so nice. We enjoyed the location of the building as it’s towards the end of the main strip so it was quiet. A short walk across the street or a nice walk down the strip we could enjoy restaurants, shopping, wineries, breweries, distilleries and so much more. We enjoyed that the balcony looked out into the street and mountains (you couldn’t see a lot of the mountains) but it was a good view. The living room couch was comfortable and the TV’s in the living room and bedroom had cable. We didn’t spend much time at the condo except for the evenings so it was nice getting to watch a movie. Having a coffee pot there was nice and having coffee for at least 3 days was appreciated. If you’re staying longer than a few days bring your own coffee grounds. Parking was free so it was nice to know we could leave for awhile and come back and be guaranteed a parking spot. This condo was very clean and decorated nicely. We would definitely book this again!

Gatlinburg 24 Vacation
The unit itself was very clean but the shower could use some painting around it and the toilet has a comb under it and was a little dirty as well.

Conveniently located Gatlinburg condo
The condo was in a convenient and walkable location but not quite what I was expecting. The place wasn't super clean, especially the bathroom and floors, and there were only three travel size toiletries, no conditioner.

Great Place
Great place to stay and great location. Love Oak Square! First time staying at this condo but would stay here again. Could use more hot water in the shower but would still stay here again.

Wonderful stay!
Where to start?! We had an amazing stay! We had everything we could possibly need. This little gem is full of little details that make your stay a great one. There is for example little outlet lights that turn on when it's dark. This was so handy at night so I didn't have to wake up my little ones by turning the lights on. There is a first aid kit in the bathroom cabinet if you were to need one. A step stool if you're vertically challenged like I am :) The bed was soo comfy too! The place is clean and just cozy. We felt like home and will be for sure coming back!

Great location to our favorite restaurants!
Overall it was a nice stay. Within walking distance of The Peddler Steakhouse, The Salty Bear Raw Bar and Crocketts which are our favorites!

Gatlinburg condo
We loved this condo! It was so close to everything that we were able to walk to all the things we wanted to do. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated! Will definitely stay again.
