Cozy Cabin
Cabin was as advertised, small, but plenty of room for two. Cabin rafters and walls a bit dusty but otherwise clean. Easy check in process. Overall, very nice.

Good location
Cabin was great and good location to walk to town. Just keep in mind there are a few hills that make the walk back to the cabin a good workout.

Vacation Getaway
It was a relaxing cabin nestled in the woods. We had our dog and when it was closed up, it was quiet inside and did not bother him. We loved the quietness of the location. The next time we visit, we will use “Aunt Bug’s” cabins again.

Great cabin=great experience
Loved the cabin we stayed in. It was very cool and nestled up in the woods outside of Gatlinburg. It is in walking distance for a couple in their early 60s.

Great location
Best location for a cabin that is very close to both downtown Gatlinburg and GSMNP. Very cute cabin, great location, nice deck and hot tub, not hard to drive to, and a great price. Also nice that they offer self check-in and immediately open a text thread for you to text for help or questions at any time. Only minor complaint is cleanliness- all surfaces above eye level were dusty and the bathroom had quite a bit of mold. Would definitely stay here again based on price and location alone!

Roads & Hills
Overall a very nice place. A bit hard to find a level place to park. For us it was hard to get in cabin with the steps. Our fault for not paying closer to the pictures. Narrow roads to this group of cabins. Cabins on the river would have suited us better, no narrow roads, flatter and with in easy walking of Trollies.

Close to attractions but needs maintenance
The cabin was quaint and small. Unfortunately there was black mold in the bathroom. There was an unnecessarily difficult lock they put in and didn’t really explain well as to how to unlock it. It got figured out. The thermostat was broken and the tv was hard to watch at night due to the remote not programmed properly. The staff was very friendly though, at least the guy I spoke to during check in.

The check in process was horrible. I was told our cabin would be ready at 4, we were t able to go in until almost 6. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. The bed is awful. They provided extra pillows but we couldn’t use them as there were no extra pillow cases. There was one extra blanket. No trash bags were provided as well.
