Great location and cute little cottage Convenient to the strip and close drive to the G.S.M.N.P. It has a quiet little neighborhood with lots of trees. The only thing that wood make this a little better would probably be 2 full baths. Overall a great place!

Good location Convenient to downtown. The hot tub was great as well as the game room. The master bed has a bad dip in the middle of the mattress that was a bit uncomfortable. The floor vents would look better if they were painted.

Wonderful and Peaceful My family and I had a great time. The cottage was clean well stocked with cooking kitchen gadgets. Nice large front yard for my Boston Terrier to play in. The kids loved the hot tub. Close to every thing.

Our RedBud Cabin Review Cabin was clean, comfortable, and, was conveniently located near Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. It was hard at times though to get in and out of the cabin location onto the parkway.

Just okay, needs work The location was nice, has a place to rest your head, and a hot tub. Other than that I wouldn’t stay again. There was a layer of dust on furniture and lamps along with cobwebs. The main bedrooms mattress is worn out. Back bedroom door didn’t latch. And the pool table is broken and a pocket was held up by a stick that my one year old kept pulling out making the balls fall out on the floor. The morning of check out I messaged the guest service personnel that emailed me confirming I got check in information and haven’t heard back. We were only there two days so I didn’t call about our issues while there.

Disappointed We arrived late on check in day and the house was very dirty. I spent at least an hour sweeping and knocking cob webs off the furniture in the game room. The ceiling fans and lamps are covered in dust and you can see dirty marks on the doors from handprints. The secondary bedroom was made with dirty sheets. There was dog hair in the bed and debris and dirty foot marks at the bottom of the sheets. We called the following morning and they sent over new sheets. The ceiling fan was broken in the living room and they did send someone to fix it. They also asked for pictures of what was dirty so I sent those, but never heard anything. The air hockey table is not in the game room as shown in the listing, they have added an arcade cabinet. One of the pockets in the pool table is broken so the balls fall on the floor. Overall this house is worse for the wear. The staff was nice when I called but it didn't make up for having to stay in that house for a week. We actually ended up leaving early.

trista The driveway is a little steep and has a few holes but the house itself its beautiful! Theres a nice game room with ping pong and pool and the hot-tub with a privacy patio was very nice to enjoy!

A great spot in Gatlinburg Super nice spot close to it all. We had everything we needed and then some. The beds comfy, game room is awesome and the hot tub was relaxing! Our elderly fur babies appreciated the easy access.

Nice layout. Needs improvements. The layout was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Prior to our visit I had read reviews that were concerning. Unfortunately many of the issues were still not addressed prior to our visit. Still had broken items in yard. Dart board still did not work and Pool table bridge was not replaced.

Attention to detail If I were the owner of this property I would want to know that the 3 of the chairs around the fire pit were broken. All but 1 of the pool cues were broken or damaged, pool bridge was in 2 pieces, rack was also broken. The wall mount cue holder was also broken. Monopoly game board was torn in two, all but 1 of the darts for the dartboard had tips broken and unusable. These are little fixable things that I as an owner would want fixed. Cleaning shower grout is also a detail that should taken care of by the cleaning service. Don’t get me wrong, we had a wonderful time in Gatlinburg but the recreation at the cabin left us spending most of our time in the hot tub. Hot tub, perfect. Thanks again.
