Great place and great host
The pictures do not do this property justice! It is so beautiful inside. I was alone at my stay and I felt safe. Instructions given to me were clear and easy to follow. I needed an early check in due to finishing my orientation early and I was allowed to check in early. Genevieve checked in with me once I arrived to make sure I settled in, and quickly got back with me about any questions I had. Thank you for allowing me to stay! Everything was perfect! I 1000% recommend and would stay again!

Family vacation
Loved this property! We brought air mattresses for kids and worked out great! Condo has everything you need, laundry supplies, stocked kitchen and bathroom. Cutest little pool ever! The gym in the basement was awesome, quiet and has everything! Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood. About 15 min drive to downtown. Check in was straight forward and seamless. Thanks for making our kids first trip to Nashville great!

Nashville Hideaway
Easy to get to and a great place to stay. The condo was clean and decorated super cute. We felt very at home and safe. Lots of families in the building. Privacy access and a speakeasy downstairs that we found out about. Super fun. Will stay again if we are ever in Nashville. Great communication, check-in/check-out was super easy and all directions provided were on point. Our stay was great and we are truly grateful for the opportunity.

First time in Nashville
Great place, close to downtown. It was nice to have all the conveniences of home w/ the kitchen, washer and dryer. Much better than a hotel room. We will look to get this place again on next trip since we had a great time and still have a lot more we want to see.

Great condo, great location, great host!
The 1865 building itself is just cool, and the condo very comfortable with all we needed. Just minutes from downtown and everything we wanted to see. Communication with the host was fantastic- she checked in on me and responded quickly when I had a questions. And her recommendations for restaurants were wonderful! Highly recommend this one!

Perfect for a Nashville Stay
This property was perfect for our five day trip to Nashville. Everything was exceptionally clean and we felt very safe the entire time including entry and exit from the building. (This was important bc we read reviews of other properties where this wasn’t the case!) The location was really perfect for going downtown to the strip, the Gulch, Titan Stadium, and just a short drive from Vanderbilt avoiding traffic, so really great location. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well-appointed with everything we needed. The host was very proactive in communicating and making sure we had everything we needed, all questions answered, and even gave some really great suggestions for things to do and places to try which was super helpful. We would definitely return to this property.

Perfect for a weekend stay
I went with 5 of my friends for our fall break and had the best time. The apartment was so cozy and cute and was perfect for a long weekend. The area is just a short Uber ride or drive away to Broadway, and walking distance to Vanderbilt. Would definitely stay here again!

Within 2 miles of everything . 1.8 miles from midtown 1.9 to the gulch and 2.1 miles from broadway . Cozy and comfortable. Recommends 5 out of 5 times

Golf in Nashville
The unit was in a great location and the property owner communicated very well. The unit itself had some issues. The first major thing for me was the bathroom was not clean at all. There was hair in the shower that definitely did not belong to me. The floor in the bathroom was very dirty and the shelves in the bathroom hadn’t been wiped in weeks. I found that very odd since the rest of the unit seemed clean. The people in the unit above mine were training horses or were square dancing all the time. Found it hard to relax as there was constant noise. The owner did reach out to someone regarding this issue but there was very little success. The owner of the property did try so I can not lay all the blame there. The bathroom is on the cleaning crew and whoever is supposed to check things over. I was charged a cleaning fee as I am sure everyone else is as well. I really with the bathroom was clean. The gate at the entrance was nice. Made it feel secure. The pictures of the unit were accurate. My two biggest issues were noise and cleanliness. I would love to get my cleaning fee back but I am sure that ship sailed.
