Perfect location
This was a great place to stay, walking distance to broadway. Grocery stores are a ways away walking would take about an hour. We had a fantastic stay. Kurt was very prompt and courteous with responses. Super easy check in, very quiet facility. Grounds, pool & community space was great!! I do believe the cleaners could be a little more thorough, as some areas under the bed we found items left behind by others.

Great place to stay, Kurt was great with communication. Easy to get to Broadway. Centrally located, grocery stores are a little far away. We mostly walked everywhere. Or Uber a few times. Will definitely stay again, next time we travel to Nashville

Condo thoughts
Property was very nice, but could use little work. A couple of the blinds were broke and wouldn't go up and there were several light bulbs out. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Wonderful location and property
We came for the Lainey Wilson concert and the stay was great. Plenty of room and great amenities. We were within walking distance of the venue so it was overall a great stay. We will book again.

The location was perfect. It is in walking distance of downtown and great restaurants. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The check in instructions were very clear. The listing implied that we would have a river/city view, but we did not (listing states that the building overlooks the river and city, but does not state that the apartment does not have that view).

Walk to Broadway & Nissan Stadium
Super cute apartment!! King Bed, Queen Bed, Pull out couch & a surprise cot in the closet!! 2 Full bathrooms!! Tons of sleeping area & bathroom space for all the teens!! The girls loved the pool! The parking garage door was confusing for me because it goes underground… drove around the block a couple times :) :). Parking In Nashville is expensive so this was an easy walk to Broadway & Nissan Stadium to see Morgan Wallen!! Would definitely stay again!!

Spacious apartment in great location
We had a peaceful stay in this apartment! We have two kids and there was adequate space and amenities. Comfortable courtyard, great location for walking by the river, and the pool was a wonderful bonus!

Great Nashville Condo
