Nashville Gem!
This condo was absolutely perfect! The courtyard and social area are charming, and the pool with its clubhouse is just the right size. The interior is beautifully decorated, and it's only a 15-minute walk to all the excitement on Broadway. We've added this to our favorites and can't wait to return!

Beautiful spacious apartment
This property is very nice. It is located in a cute, quiet area and within walking distance to Nissan Stadium and Broadway. The property is clean, updated, and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time
We were very happy with the unit. Close enough to walk to Broadway if you wanted to but only a $5 Uber if you didn’t want to. Nice to have a kitchen. Saved us a lot by being able to cook breakfast and the odd lunch before we headed downtown. I’m sure we will be back to the same spot someday soon, maybe once hockey starts up again.

Great location, close to downtown
We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect if you will be spending time on Broadway. We walked during the day and at night and felt safe. The surrounding area is nice and clean. The communication with the host was easy and all instructions were accurate. You can tell the condo has been hosting for awhile, but overall it was clean. There was a funky smell in the refrigerator when we arrived, but we did some minor wiping down and it was ok. We stayed with another couple and found when we had both bedroom doors closed at night the AC didn't circulate well so we were all hot. The linens could do with replacing/upgrading as well. Those were just minor annoyances, but our stay overall was great.

Wedding adventure
A perfect place to stay for the 4 of us attending a family wedding. Enjoyed the balcony. The livingroom gave us plenty of space to relax. Nice bright, airy feeling to the whole place. Would be happy to stay there again.

Excellent place
We really enjoyed our time in Nashville. The walk to Broadway wasn’t bad, but I do recommend using the scooters to get back. The condo was great, and the bed was super comfy.

Great stay!
We were in town for a concert. Very happy with the location and its proximity to Broadway. It was a walk, but the scooters made it worth it! Space was excellent and bed comfy.

Great Nashville Spot!!
Great location, .9 miles to Broadway! Clean building with nice amenities including a rooftop terrace overlooking downtown, outdoor “yard-like” space, year round pool and included parking.
