Enjoyable Stay Jessica and Tyler are wonderful hosts. The unit is just the right size and they were available for questions and suggestions in a minutes notice. Offered great ideas for meals and activities to do during our stay. We packed a lot into our mom and sons trip and made fun memories during our Nash-Vegas stay.

Comfort and convenience! Our stay was perfect! The place was cute and well put together in a safe area of downtown. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare breakfast everyday especially a well stocked coffee bar (thank you for that☕️). We easily walked to Broadway and all around Nashville. A great homebase for our longer excursions to The Grand Ole Opry, Franklin for some small town shopping, and morning pickleball were the only times we had to use the car. Free parking this close to Broadway is incredibly convenient and it would be hard to find better.

Excellent property Everything from booking to checkout was easy. Jess and Tyler were reachable by email and text and responded in a very timely manner. The condo was clean and exactly as described. It was within walking distance to Broadway. We would definitely stay again either here or another one of their properties.

Cozy, Clean & Convenient This condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean and conveniently located. The walk to downtown was a breeze and far enough from the action to allow for peaceful times. The communication with our hosts was second to none. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amy Great location! Just a 15 minute walk to downtown and Broadway but in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was a bonus and made it easy for us to explore other parts of the Nashville area. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a short stay. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Nashville condo- easy walk to Broadway We really enjoyed our stay at this condo that is about a 10 min walk to Broadway. There were lots of extras awaiting us, including champaigne and orange juice, and life saving coffee. In addition to Broadway we enjoyed the Listening Room, Printers Alley as well as Grand Ole Opry. The unit is very well equipped and has gated parking. Ow ers communication is excellent. We will be back!

First Visit to Nashville We had a wonderful time for our first visit to Nashville. We wanted to be able to walk most of the time and our place was perfect for that. Easy walk to Broadway. Having gated parking included with our place was a very nice added benefit. The place was clean, check in/check out was very easy. Communication with the hosts was excellent!

Mediocre Location was technically close to downtown but hardly walkable. Property gates were nearly inoperable. The unit itself looked tired and the microwave didn’t work. Management responded to some but not all of our concerns.

Great stay! The condo was very clean and tidy. Everything you need and extra items in case you forgot something. Great secure parking. Super easy check in and out process. It was a short walking distance to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient to Ascend Amphitheater Took my Daughter to see the Arctic Monkeys. The Condo was very convenient to walk with a bit of a hill on the way back. The property was very clean and had plenty of room for my daughter and I.

Rocking In The Capitol City Of Country Music In town for a few days to catch a concert at the Ascend Amphitheater (which you could practically see from here). Walked down to Broadway every night for some food and fun. Great location. The place had everything we needed down to coffee and Q-tips! Super hosts that were easy to work with. The only minor quirk was being close to the fire station. They didn’t really bother me but If you were a very light sleeper they might interrupt your slumber. But I think sirens are just a part of the big city life. We will definitely try to stay here again if/when we get to make another trip to this super cool town!
