Great views of the Cumberland River. Nashville features daily bike rentals, easy walk to concert and sporting events at both the Titan's Stadium or Bridgestone Arena. In the opposite direction (away from downtown) you will find great food and entertainment in the Germantown area which is where the new Nashville Sounds stadium (finished summer 2015) and the Nashville farmers market is located. The farmers market offers fresh vegetable and flowers.

Long weekend in Nashville
The wife and I spent 4 days (Thurs-Sun) here for the concert at the stadium on Sat night. We used the app based motorized scooters to travel back and forth to Broadway and the condo for meals and bar hopping. We had had a great trip and will 100% use this property again!

Property was far enough away from the business of Broadway but within a bit of a walk or using scooters to get around.

Great location
You can’t get much closer to downtown Nashville . It’s within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool . Just a note, there are no elevators. 16 steps to second floor, 32 to third floor.

Birthday Weekend
Everything went well when we arrived. Plenty of parking. No trouble accessing to get in condo. Everything was clean except the balcony. Kinda disappointed there was no TV in the bedroom as husband likes to catch up on the sports before going to sleep. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Great location, could set on deck for coffee in the morning. We like to walk it was an easy one mile walk to Broadway.

So clean and cozy
We had a lovely stay! Very clean and had everything we needed. The bed/pull out couch were comfy as well. Rebecca was quick to respond and all the instructions were very clear. It is walkable from downtown, but we felt a little uneasy walking back at night as women. However, an Uber/scooter ride is an easy solution. Nashville is an amazing city! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Property
I brought my son to Nashville for a Nascar race. This property was wonderful. Great location with easy access to the interstate. Communication with management was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the location. A little smaller than what we expected, but good for what we needed. We did however use the pull out couch and there were crumbs under the coach cushions when we pulled them off. Overall, good place.

Rolling on the River
This riverfront, one bedroom condo is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, upgraded appliances, good linens, and a well supplied kitchen. The WiFi was good.There is abundant covered free parking, and easy access to the freeway. We walked to all of the major downtown Nashville attractions, and at the end of the day enjoyed returning to watch the boat and barge action on the Cumberland River from the condo deck. Communication with property manager and check in was stellar.

Perfect location and w
Perfect location and a short walk to town. Rebecca provided us with local recommendations to eat that were walkable from the property . The place was clean and nicely decorated. The screen door could use some cleaning but thats our only critique. It was neat to see all of the barges go by while sitting in the living room. We will definitely stay at this complex again next time we visit Nashville! Thank you again, Rebecca!

Excellent Service
Sarah was amazing to work with. Before our scheduled trip Sarah reached out to me to ask if I had any questions. She provided detailed information on places to visit and the best restaurants to eat at, all with the exact location of each. Sarah even provided some places where the locals like to go. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip Sarah was so understanding and we are rescheduling our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Great place
Super cute,very clean. 15 min walk to board way, I would stay off the green way in either direction, 3rd street was easier to use. Good sports pup and brewery couple block away. This area is appears up and coming so when the construction is done it will be even better.
