Here, you’ll find a chic dining table for 4 where you can enjoy a morning brew or evening hor 'd oeuvres overlooking the Cumberland River.
The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between the main bedroom and a sofa bed. The primary suite is outfitted with a King bed, smart TV, and luxe linen. Steps away, a full bathroom features a walk-in shower and tub.

Robbed and not safe
We had items stolen the first night and there is no latch to even secure yourself when inside the property. Someone else had our code. So we didn’t feel safe staying. Had to then get a hotel to stay in and spent more on the stay than anticipated. Grand Welcome would not refund us any money even with the police report we filed for our loss. We lost about $2300 in items. Don’t stay here. They don’t care or even believe you when told of the burglary.

Cute little condo
Small but cute. Convenient parking. Had pretty much everything we needed for a short stay (etc no spatula to flip an egg). Good location on the river and only about a mile or so from lower Broadway. Only other negatives- the couch was so “broken in” and uncomfortable we used the bed to watch TV. Only 4/5 for cleanliness because I killed two bugs and the outdoor patio could’ve been wiped down. Lots of cob webs and insect droppings.

The stay was find but had some issues with the the sofa it was to low to my liking and the coffee makers wasn't really clean inside the water dispenser decor was nice.

Nice quiet stay right outside downtown
Nice to be on the outskirts of town and right on the river. Easy walk (less than a mile) to Broadway and downtown. Plenty of food order options as well if you want to stay in. Would stay again.

Weekend with my mom
We enjoy the location and easy parking. It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy some quiet time after the busy downtown experience. The bed could use a new mattress. It is worn out , soft and saggy. Otherwise we enjoy the stay and would recommend it.

Fantastic Location!
What a great location when going to Nashville! We were able to walk to Broadway (20 mins) and the Farmers Market (15 minutes). Also close to highways as we were travelling to an event in Clarksville. Being on the river is absolutely amazing! It was so relaxing, especially after time on Broadway. The unit was exactly as pictured. The king bed was super comfortable. The Nashville light in the TV room is super fun to do pictures in front of. Kitchen was great. Shower pressure is exceptional. We would highly recommend this unit and will definitely come back!

Great Location!
The condo was very clean and comfortable. My daughter and I loved walking to all the restaurants. It was a nice easy walk. Much better than staying right in the city. I’ll definitely be back.

30 year anniversary
Was what was listed on web site. Location was great to down town. Only issue was waking up first morning to chainsaw work they were trimming a large tree right outside the bedroom window. Not a good thing to wake up to after a night of partying.

Convenient and great kitchen
The condo is very nice and in good shape and we slept well. We were happy there, but there are a few odd things. One is that it is right by the railroad tracks, so access is unusual. There are absolutely no drawers in the bedroom for clothes. The TV service was limited with no standard cable or live stations. The TV and drawers were a little inconvenient, but not enough to be a problem for us. Late checkout was granted which was extremely helpful for me.

nice spot
Nice spot along the river. 20 minute walk to broadway or 3-5 minute uber scooter best value they have them right there for you. only downfall is that you are not close to any gas stations or Walgreens or store of some sort if you want to grab anything for Vrbo. Have to uber to get or walk 30 minutes. Germantown is nice next to property some good restaurants within ten minute walk. Nice and quiet for when you don't feel like dealing with downtown life. overall what was expected. would suggest complimentary coffee for folks with late check in for following morning.

Awesome River view & just a quick cheap uber ride to everything !
This condo was great. Lots of ambiance with the light up Nashville sign, guitar on wall , fireplace & right on the river. Nice little patio to watch the boats move containers down the river. Has everything you need & lots of little amenities . Great location away from the crowds on broadway but a short uber trip to everything. My daughter even walked to us & she was on 8th & broadway.

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice walk to Broadway. Right on the river. Clean. Our flight arrived at noon. Asked for an early check in and was given early access which was very convenient and much appreciated. Dedicated parking is very nice. Highly recommend.

Our stay was great had everything you needed for the stay, the view was amazing we loved seeing all the party boats go by and the barge tugs pretty cool. Downtown is all walking distance to everything and close to airport. Over all I would stay again.
