SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: One high-end queen bed with a custom memory foam cooling gel-infused topper for the primary bedroom. A twin-size floor air mattress is available for the living room. PRIVATE BALCONY: Access the private balcony from the living room; comfortably seats 2-3 adults. Enjoy lovely evening views of downtown city lights. By order of the fire marshal, NO grilling or real candles are allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outside the condo.
COMPLIMENTARY ASSIGNED PARKING: One complimentary parking space is included for a small to mid-sized vehicle only. Details (make, model, color & plate details) of the vehicle must be provided no later than 24 hours after check-in. No large or long-bed trucks, oversized vans, motorcycles, tractor-trailers, or U-hauls are allowed. Guests who violate this house rule will be towed by the HOA & will lose the $500 security deposit. In addition, damage(s) to our parking sign will incur repair fees and be deducted from the security deposit. We highly encourage guests to consider Lyft/Uber when going out. Check our digital guide for specials. The designated parking area is non-gated. An onsite security guard is on-site to ensure only vehicles belonging to registered guests are on-site

Of course, you may hear occasional noise since the condo is in a metropolitan city. Our condo is less than 2 miles from 3 major hospitals and within walking distance of Centennial Park. You can be anywhere in the city you want to visit within 10 minutes depending on traffic, whether it be shopping in Green Hills, Bellevue, Belle Meade, Sylvan Park, 12 South, Gulch, or Downtown
REQUIRED TO BOOK OUR CONDO
We require a Rental Agreement and the primary guest's ID. The signed Rental Agreement executed by the primary guest and their government ID must be received within 24 hours of booking to prevent cancellation. Cancellation fees apply. The name on the credit card used to book must match the name on the photo ID, on VRBO, and the name on the Rental Agreement. No 3rd party bookings & no local guests.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: Moderate: 100% refund at least 30 days before arrival, 50% refund at least 14 days before arrival. Cancellation fees may apply.

Amazing stay!
We had the best time in Nashville thanks to Shannon! From check in to check out anything you could need was supplied in the rental. Everything was clean and organized. They have thought of everything! Would highly recommend you stay at this property as it is a short drive from the hustle and bustle of broadway but convenient enough to get anywhere close by!

We had such a wonderful time in Nashville! Shannon and Lee thought of everything we might need and even thought of things we didn’t know we needed. The condo was beautiful, clear, and relaxing. Charming and serene !
The host has thought of every convenience in this condo. Very thoughtful. It was nice to get away from the busy hustle and bustle of downtown but still conveniently close to get there. It was quiet and cozy. We came for the CMA Fest and enjoyed our time but it was nice to get away from it at the end of the day. Top of the line modern technology of a smart home. So much better than a hotel ! Thanks for making our stay enjoyable!

Luxurious, Personalized Getaway
My husband and I visited Nashville for our niece’s graduation and to take in as much country music as we could! We had very full, busy days in the city. Coming “home” to Shannon and Lee’s beautiful, restful retreat gave us the best of both worlds-exciting days out and a relaxing place to rejuvenate before our next adventure! Anniversary getaway
Shannon and Lee were great hosts; very communicative and detailed, clear directions. The place was nicely decorated and super clean. We felt safe and cozy there. They provided every accomodation you'd ever need; from a jewelry safe, yoga mats, shaving items, to personalized snacks, a white noise machine, and robes and slippers just to name a few. We highly recommend the place and hosts.

Beautiful Condo Surpassed Expectations!
My wife and I booked a Nashville weekend for my birthday. We were so impressed with this lovely condo and the effort and attention to detail the hosts provided; that we didn't want to leave! You can tell they love catering to couples! Every detail was perfect. Shannon is an excellent communicator which we appreciate. the condo was immaculate, super clean, and very comfortable.
