Really cool place to stay
Property was clean. A small issue with the building door code but owner responded immediately and it was resolved. The elevator was down a few times but took the stairs and was not a big deal. This was a very trendy clean apartment and felt very safe. Had to ask for a few little favors but owner was fantastic. Just want to thank them for sharing this cool place with us❤️❤️

Love it! Aesthetics, location, perfect!
Loved our stay here so much! The aesthetics of the building are just so perfect. The location was perfect for us and we got to all of our destinations within minutes. So clean and so many amenities provided for us and access to the building and room were very easy. If I am lucky to visit Nashville again, I would def look to stay here again, too. Thank you so much!

One of the best
I loved this property. Felt completely safe. I loved all the amenities. We have stayed in many others and some did not have cleaning supplies, shampoo and conditioner just to name a few. Only one thing. Not sure what the cleaning process is but there was crusty dry food in one of the pans out of the cabinets. I just washed it really good and I know things go missed. If we come back we will defiantly seek you out or find another property of yours. Thank you

Amazing madero flat in a very quite, unique building!
This is such an amazing building in the perfect location to all Nashville has to offer! The flat was very modern and clean. The nice memory foam mattress was incredible! It was so quite if we hadn’t a seen any cars we would have thought we were the only ones in the building. The gated entrance and keypad entry door made us feel very safe. We will absolutely be back again!!

Great place and location
We enjoyed our stay. It’s close enough to downtown to visit, yet far enough away so you’re not in the noisy hub. Plenty to do nearby and plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy. We used Lyft due to the expensive parking fees downtown, but we drove to Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage, which was just 30 minutes away. Nashville is a fun and entertaining city.

Birthday getaway
Came here for a few days for my birthday and I have to say that this is one of the best kept secrets in Nashville. Hands down one of the nicest properties that I’ve ever stayed at! If you’re on the fence, don’t be. You’ll be blown away by this place!

Get away
The property was very nice - what was pictured was very accurate, although living room furniture was a bit worn. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen well equipped! The train whistle blew (1 block away) but not constant. The location was nice but would have been a long walk to Broadway - so either payed for parking or Uber was necessary. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy access to highway. Parking lot felt safe and secure. The pool is very small, as is the rooftop area but they were still a nice addition. Unfortunately, our air stopped working the last few days of our stay but it was cool enough to open the window. However, it was then pretty loud. The apartments are typically loud as someone moved around upstairs and you do hear all the bathroom sounds (toilets flushing and showers) as the pipes are exposed. All in all, what we expected and we were pleased with the choice.

The apartment was very nice but was missing a couple things including a ceiling fan, and extra blankets. It is located in an amazing spot and served it’s purpose for our stay! The gate was broken when we left someone may need to come out and fix that.

Great condo in an awesome area. Loved the exposed brick and overall decor of this rental. Easy check in. One minor issue I had with the property but other than that, it was amazing. If I visit Nashville again, we will definitely stay here.
