Welcome to the West End/Sylvan Park Studio. This quiet, one-level studio apartment is right off West End and 440 HWY in Sylvan Park. The studio is located about 1 mile from Sylvan Park Shops/Restaurants, Vanderbilt's campus, and Centennial Park and 2 miles from Downtown Broadway.

The studio is nestled in the heart of the West End/Sylvan Park neighborhood. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants and just a short walk away from Centennial Park or Vanderbilt campus (walking distance from the Vandy football stadium). It is also around a 5-minute ride (about $6 on Uber) from downtown, the Ryman Auditorium, the Convention Center, and the Country Music Hall of Fame.
You will enjoy the quiet and safe area while you explore all that Nashville has to offer!

The studio is situated across from the Nashville Greenway. You can easily walk and run to Centennial Park! There is free on street parking and is walking distance to public bus transportation. Uber/Lyft or taxi rides from the studio to downtown take around 5 minutes. The studio has quick and easy access to the interstates. The studio is a 20 minute drive to the airport.

Nashville trip
Size and location of property could not have been more perfect for visit with our granddaughter. She’s in an apartment complex-46th west. Ate at close restaurants and all were great meals. Will consider same spot for future travels here.

Everything was great!
Took a quick two day trip to Nashville with my two teenage children. This was the perfect place to stay. We did use an air mattress in addition to the bed and the couch, but this was not an issue at all. Location was convenient to everything we wanted/needed. Had to text the property manager with a couple of questions, and she immediately responded and was very helpful. Most importantly, the place was extremely clean and obviously well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I ever found myself back in Nashville.

Local Weekend Getaway
Boyfriend & I thoroughly enjoyed a nice, relaxing stay in this studio apartment! Great neighborhood, enjoyed our Saturday walk on the 440 greenway to Centennial Park and back. Everything about it was very comfortable & just as described. Only minor issues that have already been addressed with the owners. Thank you!

Convenient and quiet- great space for a couple getaway.
We needed a spot close to a friend’s home for the weekend and this studio apartment was blocks away. It’s walkable to restaurants, coffee, a park/greenway, cute produce market, you name it. It’s a small place but has everything you need. Check in was easy and we have no complaints. We loved being back in a city we called home for 10 years, thank you for having us.

Fulfilled our needs as a centralized place to explore local region festivities and events. Information on site was helpful in communicating great dining spots, entertainment, and sightseeing while fulfilling needs of everyday living like identifying coffee shops, stores and other daily needs locations. Recommend staying at this location.

Great Location
The location of this Vrbo is perfect. You can be downtown in 15 minutes, has easy on and off freeway access for longer excursions. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for solo traveller
Comfortable studio. Clean, safe, affordable, private, easy parking (free), short drive or Lyft to downtown. Full size bed perfect for me; I’m 5’5”. Great shower. Dose Coffee an easy nearby place to get coffee and breakfast.

It was very clean
The only complaint was the neighbors were making a lot of noise at 2:30 am, walls are very thin. And the Ubers were $34 just to go to broadway which depending on traffic was 5-10 mins away.
