This property was great, clean, quite, and great location to downtown only a few miles away. Quite few different parking locations near the strip. The pool was nice, very relaxing. I had a few questions during our stay and the staff was more than helpfull, very easy to get a hold of someone which made the stay even better...hassle free.

Great stay!
Loved the double room at this property! Had privacy with own bathroom in each room. Stocked with laundry soap, dish soap and other cleaning and bathing items. Restaurants, shopping, live music and Starbucks in walking distance!!

Great value for the money
Enjoyed the property immensely. Although we did have trouble with the door lock, that left us stranded in the hallway for almost an hour, it was resolved. Definitely recommend this property. Will surely stay again

Nashville Retreat
A very clean and modern property, and also surprisingly quiet considering the traffic, construction, and cicadas in the area. We had a minor hiccup with the code for the entry lock, but the owners responded quickly and resolved the issue quickly. The dishes and cookware were in great shape, and we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking garage was awesome, and made it convenient for loading/unloading in the rain. I only have two complaints, and one is very minor. 1) The passcode for the exterior door from the parking garage could be marked a little clearer on the check in instructions. I was one of three different groups that had the same issue in 3 days, and each of us had to learn from someone else because the instructions weren’t clear. 2) The internet was less than desirable. The internet dropped multiple times during our stay, and when I say dropped, I mean that it didn’t come back for hours! I didn’t mind too much, as I was there to avoid the internet and be on vacation. However, others may not be as understanding.

VRBO is a No
I thought VRBO stood for vacation rental by owner. This unit is owned by an out of state property management group. The place was clean but bare bones, 2 towels, enough soap and shampoo for maybe 2 nights at most. Not one thing in the kitchen. I'm talking not even salt & pepper. Best of all I learned a new question to ask going forward? That question being; is there any construction nearby and if so, what time do they start working? In our case the answer was right outside our window and 7:30 am. If you book this place be prepared to bring everything you may need, kleenex, a pen or pencil and something to wright on.

Excellent rental experience
The location of this condo is perfectly located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The condo is practically new with all the amenities and a spacious parking garage that accommodated all 5 of our group members. I highly recommend this rental.
