About this House

Cozy Southern Retreat in the heart of Atlanta. Very clean, completely remodeled single family home to yourself! You will feel at home in this 2 bedrooms and one bathroom home fully stocked for whatever your needs are. Plenty of linens, blankets, cookware, glassware, etc. Sleeps 4, but the couch does fold out for anyone extra. Driveway fits two or three cars. 2 smart TV's. Whether a business trip or leisure, you are sure to have everything you need to be comfortable in this Southern styled home. Close to everything. You can UBER to everything but this is most suited for those travelers that have a vehicle. Although Marta (bus) does come through the neighborhood (steps away) to take you where you need to go.

Cottage It was really cute. Robbie was available and answered my questions. I couldn’t get the AC to work but that could’ve been me. There was also a fan so, I was good.

Great home away from home We were on the move from time we got to ATL from time we left, but each night we returned to the house for comfort and sweet rest.We really appreciated the privacy fence for the safety of our car. Thank you Ms Robbie for your quick responses during our stay. The Kelleyz-DE

Atlanta Stay This was a very nice place to stay for me and my family. It had everything we need and was tucked inside of a nice, quiet neighborhood. The host was also very nice and informative. I would definitely choose this location again.

Short Stay Stayed at property to visit Georgia Aquarium which is only a few miles from this property less than 15 mins. First let me start by stating the property itself is clean and communication with the owner was great! We had 4 people in our party: two adults and two children. I overlooked the fact the property only had one bathroom. However, this was my oversight. Checkout and check in were seamless. However, I would not recommend walking around this neighborhood, day or night, it simply does not feel safe. Other than the surroundings this was a great place for a short stay!

Very nice home The beds were very nice. The house has been updated and is very comfortable. The manager is very helpful. It would be helpful to have a rental car when staying here.

Nice Place Near World Congress Center Nice place, recently remodeled and clean. Neighborhood was decent but lots of peeling out going on nearby but that has nothing to do with the home. That only happened the second night. We enjoyed it for our family of 3.

Enjoyed our stay Nice cozy home, kitchen and rooms were amazing. The shower/bath was to our liking with perfect water pressure. Would definitely book again

Birthday Vacation Enjoyed my vacation at the cottage,the neighborhood was very quiet!! We have no problems checking in when we arrived! It was supplied with all our needs for cooking. Didn’t eat out as much as we planned,because kitchen had everything we need to prepare our meals!! It was such a pleasant experience,sit on deck in morning with my tea and in the evening also! Very nice place to stay, plan to rent again in future!!!😁

Birthday Trip I enjoyed my stay. The host was only one text away. I did contact her about the insects and she someone come out and spray the house. Even the maintenance guy was nice and kind. I would definitely rent this property again!!!

Birthday Weekend Getaway The property was just as pictured on Vrbo,neat clean very well decorated, everything was well thought of. as far as kitchen amenities, towels. beds were very comfortable, I would highly recommend this property to family or friends.

Great find We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The house was so comfortable, had everything you needed, and the decor was so nice. Rob was very helpful and answered all of her questions in a prompt manner. After a long day at the world, Congress center was nice to be able to come home and have a home-cooked dinner. Everything was in the home. Highly recommend.

Cozy and luxurious accommodations This property is fantastic! All furnishings and layout are more impressive in person. Besides all the appliances being new, and the furnishings super cute and functional, this is a first time ever that I have had a terrific bed at a home away stay that wasn’t a hotel. I slept great all three nights and that is no small thing. Robbie was quickly available for any questions before and during the stay. As advertised, this house is just 11-17 mins from most sites of interest. We didn’t hear anything from neighbors at all and we kept to ourselves so all worked out there. Three of us stayed here and we were very comfortable and fully used the kitchen to cook breakfast and a few dinners and we had all we needed. Loved the Keurig and used the washer and dryer. Publix Summerville was a nice, comfortable safe nearby shopping location about 12 minutes away, especially, late evening, and we picked up groceries for meals and snacks. The water pressure in the shower is very good and it gets as hot as you want. The deck was a sweet place to view the sun set. Got a lovely picture there. We appreciated putting our truck behind the fence that we tied shut from the inside. I have stayed at lots of properties and usually they are not clean enough for me and the three of us were pleased with the cleanliness here. The location is in the midst of the neighborhood but it’s a short drive from whatever direction you are headed, to a main road. Would stay again. Recommended!!!!!

BEST VRBO RENTAL EVER! Our stay was nothing short of phenomenal! From the communication from Robbie herself days before our trip ensuring us all the check in information we needed and a warm welcome to her property. Walking into the home had us feeling right at home, seriously! This rental is highly detailed from all the pots/pans, dishes & utensils to enough towels and linens provided for us. The beds were so comfortable as well which made for the perfect vacation! Thank you so much Robbie! We will definitely be back!
