Beautiful *3 bedroom 2 bath, renovated, fully furnished luxury home in Downtown Atlanta. Relax on a uniquely quiet street in a busy city location. Enjoy all of the comforts of home with bonus luxuries at your fingertips. The home is furnished with well-maintained furniture and appliances, hardwood floors, high-speed cable internet connection, flat-screen HD TV's in EVERY ROOM!! 2 with Comcast cable and 3 smart TV's with Netflix and web browsing, private fenced-in backyard with outdoor sitting area, deck off kitchen with charcoal grill, grill utensils and deck furniture and a high capacity Samsung washer & dryer. The home is 920 square feet and sleeps up to 7 with a total of 2 queen beds, 1 sleeper couch, 1 futon and a foldout love-seat that comfortably sleeps small children.
Our home is a modern space where you can experience the combination of elegance and comfort in the heart of the city within minutes to many major city attractions!!

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests enjoy a completely private, 920 sqft space with a large, fenced-in backyard for their entire stay. We are on standby if you need us, but our guests enjoy a completely private stay with the option of an assisted or non-assisted check-in.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
A rental agreement outlining house rules will be provided for review and approval and a refundable service fee of $250 must be completed prior to check-in time. Documents will be sent by email no later than 24 hours prior to check-in or 6 hours prior to check-in for last-minute reservations.
Guests are required to verify their age and identity prior to check-in by providing a selfie holding a valid I.D.
