This, plus all the other amenities of this luxurious ocean front condo and Myrtle Beach activities could all be yours as our price is right.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be 25 yrs old to rent.
All rentals are for Families only, children and young adults under 25 must be accompanied by their parents.

Whether it's a fun filled family vacation, romantic getaway, horseback riding on the beach or a golf outing with your friends, this is the vacation spot. The Regency is only minutes away Market Common, Broadway at the beach, Grand Strand Mall and Tanger factory outlets.

Spacious floor plan includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining room, living room with 50” plasma TV and leads out to a 15 ft balcony, laundry area. Master bedroom has a king size bed, make up area with sink and cabinet, walk-in closet with in-room safe, private bath with large walk in shower and sink cabinet. Additional sleeping areas are second bedroom with 1 full size & 1 twin beds and Queen sleep sofa in living room. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, and glassware. Bath towels and bed linens included.

Regency Towers is a family oriented resort located along the beautiful Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach that provides the following amenities.

Myrtle Beach vacation Super easy check in and out process. The property is in a nice neighborhood away from the crowd, which is great for us. It was so convenient having washer/dryer in the unit. The unit was comfortable and was a great home base during our family beach vacation.

Outdated Condo Entire unit needs to be updated. Furniture old and not comfortable, area rugs old and dirty. Kitchen cupboards old and not clean. Kitchen faucet drips. Bathroom showers and toilets need updating. Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher noisy. Icemaker in fridge not working. Wallpaper peeling, drapery old and dirty, bed was not comfortable. We have stayed at Regency Towers many times and this is the worst Unit we have been in. Would not recommend renting this unit until all is updated.

Perfect for our family!! This Condo was so perfect for our family of 6!! We loved it!! Clean, large enough that everyone had their own space, so close to the beach and the pool was great!! The balcony was large enough for everyone to eat breakfast and the master bedroom was amazing!!

Great property for the price and location Overall, really great property. The condo is a little dated but met our needs. The wi-fi is practically non-existent but that seems to be a building issue not an issue with this condo. Wonderful view of the ocean. Loved waking up to sunrise over the ocean. Located close to lots of restaurants and activities. Great beach access too.

2 Bedroom Condo This place was absolutely amazing! Very clean and spacious, the views looking out at the ocean from balcony were breathtaking. Also the view from the big window in the master bedroom looking at the ocean when waking up we’re refreshing. I would definitely book again very friendly staff and kid friendly. Nice location everything either within walking distance or a short drive.

Great getaway We really enjoyed staying at this property. Very roomy. Plenty of storage space to keep everything out of the way. 3 bathroom sinks allow multiple people to be able to get dressed at the same time.

Awesome property We were so impressed when we walked in this condo. The check in was so fast and easy, the condo was clean and quiet. We loved the short walk to the beach. It was wonderful having an assigned parking spot to go back to daily. While the condo is dated a little, it was still amazing and so comfortable. We would return no question as my family loved every minute. My only suggestion would be the addition of smart tvs for signing into streaming services while staying. Otherwise i would not change anything!!!

Perfect and Comfortable The view from the private balcony is the best in Myrtle. The unit has everything one needs and it is home away from home. I have no desire to stay at another place! I have been staying at Regency since the 70s and their constant updates and friendliness keeps me returning!

Amazing views, perfect family location Our family had a fantastic time here! The ocean views were amazing from the bedroom & balcony. The location was perfect for us being on the quieter side of Myrtle beach, and just a short drive to the amusement rides and hustle of downtown Myrtle location. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach and have the convenience of the pool and hot tubs on property as well.

Beautiful! I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this was one of my favorites! Just like your own home or apartment it has its quirks, but the pros far outweigh! The view is beautiful, the condo is clean, and everything works. There’s cable tv which is really all you need when at the beach and with everyone having devices. The free WiFi is quite decent. The appliances are newer and functional and the cookware and dishes aren’t worn out. All of the curtains and blinds work perfectly so that you can open the whole beachside view and watch the ocean even when taking a break from the sun! The property owner is extremely responsive and helpful, as are the staff at the building. There’s 24 hour security as well, and assigned parking will surprise you with how close it is. We loved this place and will definitely be renting from these owners again!

Beautiful!! This condo is everything that it says and more. Me and my wife stayed 6/30/2022 til 7/7/2022. And I must say this was the best condo we have stayed at since coming to Myrtle beach. The ocean view from the bedroom as well as the condo was amazing. Ms. Rose checked on me and my wife to make sure all of our needs were met. And the staff was very friendly as well. A little updating is needed just about everywhere. But if you are looking for a peaceful stay this beautiful condo is well worth it. This is definitely our vacation home at Myrtle beach. Thanks again to Regecy Towers!!
