With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun. The property is equipped with DVD rental boxes- guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.
As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel.
All Oceana Resorts guests receive free play before 7 p.m. for all members of their party. Lost Mine Miniature Golf is located downtown near several of our other properties. This course is open seasonally from March through October. All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!
Things to Know
The spa and hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a new 10-seat spa/hot tub. As such, the current spa and hot tub will be unavailable until fall 2024. Guests may use Bluegreen Resort's spa and hot tub free of charge during this upgrade.

A Little Disappointed
It's been several years since we stayed at this location and I must admit, quite disappointed. We've stayed at other Vacasa resorts, and this one is one on the not so well with housekeeping. The floor in this room has not been cleaned, the sunlight showing that it was dirty. The door handles, the dresser handles sticky with residual that has built up over time. My wife used Clorox wipes to clean everything and sprayed our room down. Housekeeping did not do well wirh this unit. The bathroom floor boards, corners, door, mirror and shower needs a good cleaning. The toilet needs to be replaced. I tightened the seat several times and the seat continues to move. You offer a lazy river, but there are no tubes, like at the other resorts. Again, you make due, but not impressed with the changes that have taken place since our last stay.

Great View & Service
The ocean front balcony was especially appreciated on the one rainy afternoon we experienced. The staff was friendly and efficient at both check-in and departure. The room was stocked with minor kitchen essentials, including 4 wine glasses. The hot water and water pressure were excellent and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast at Magnolia's - which was included - was better than anticipated and offered a full hot breakfast buffet with much appreciated fresh fruit...plus delicious pastries. The parking garage is in another building - about a block away - which means the property's driveway, which is relatively small, can become congested right at check-in/out times as guests are loading & unloading. Loved the property's location which allowed for a nice walk to the main boardwalk area and restaurants.

Nice Renovation
I stayed here pre renovation and the changes are great. More modern. Bed on the firm side but still good. I liked the openness. Free breakfast was nice. Expect a bit of a wait.

My husband and I experience was great.
My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and I must say the workers are friendly and the trim is very clean and spacious. The breakfast was perfect. Definitely will stay here again

Overall Pretty Good
We enjoyed the Magnolia Restaurant that served free breakfast with your stay. Room and bathroom could have been updated a little better. No lights in main room except lamps and no local channels on TV but for the price I felt it was pretty good overall.

Our Getaway
The friendless of the staff from where we unloaded to the housekeeping staff you saw through out the building. They were friendly and very helpful to us. My family in enjoyed our stay.

Ok place to stay
Good amenities here and the location is nice. Right on the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. Free movie rentals!, Free breakfast and free attraction tickets. However my room was not really clean. Mold/mildew on several surfaces - shower walls, lampshades, curtains etc. Dust was on the table and sand on the chair in the room. Room needs a deep cleaning. If it were not for that, the score would be better.

Great Stay!!
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean! I can’t wait to visit Myrtle Beach again….I always thought I hated Myrtle until I stayed at The Carolinian. It’s away from the strip but not too far that you cant walk there which is the part that I love the most.
