Small dogs are welcome between 20-25 lbs. with prior approval and additional fee. Restricted breeds are: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. No Cats Allowed. No exceptions).
Guest access
There is an oceanfront pool, a kids' pool and a lazy river. Dining options include a casual waterfront restaurant with a bar and lounge, and an Starbucks bar in the lobby.
Free parking is provided to guests at The Patricia Grand located in the parking garage across from the resort. 2 passes will be provided for you when you enter the condo. There is also a 15 minute loading/unloading area in front of the resort.
Other things to note
Up to 2 small dogs allowed (20-25lbs.), and we will have something for your furry friends while they enjoy vacation!

**Guests receive a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. Once the starter pack is finished, guests are responsible for purchasing items**
** Each guests during your stay is provided with 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel**

**Late checkout fee will be charged to guests, if guests requests late checkout 24 hours before checking out, and if we can accommodate late check out**

It was perfect! The room was clean and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and it was quick and easy to get to and from wherever we wanted to go! When we decide to go back this will likely be our first choice to book again as long as the stars (and dates) align!! Thanks again! Highly recommended!

Great views and Location
Overall great property. Great view and close to a lot of fun spots in walking distance. Had a communication mishap with the check in process but the owner answered right away and walked me through how to get into the rental. I would highly recommend.

Relaxing Ocean Get Away
Great place to stay. Quiet, relaxing ocean view from the balcony . Clean, nicely furnished unit with easy access to the beach, pools and parking. Near by restaurants were great. Would definitely stay here again. Communication from the owners was great!!

Relaxing Vacation with a great view!!
We loved our stay!! Beautifully decorated and very clean unit. Husband and I wanted a quick getaway to Myrtle Beach and this was a perfect spot with a great view and dog friendly. Easy beach access and close to everything. We will be back!

First myrtle beach vacation together
We arrived to a clean place and it smelled great. Even my dog was spoiled with a bed, food and water bowls, leashes and even some snacks. Un fortunately he has no teeth and couldn't eat any. Couldn't have asked for a better trip. We will be booking again next year!

Beach vacation
The condo was lovely. Clean and as advertised. Having the smart tv was a nice addition. The kitchen had all the basic rationals you would need as well. Being on the second floor was such a nice addition. We usually stay on the 8th and 12th floor but with our dogs the 2nd floor was amazing and easy access. Will stay again and highly recommend!!!

Nice stay
The place had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and a dog friendly facility. I already want to plan a trip back with our fur baby and kids. We truly enjoyed ourselves. It was right on the beach and had an amazing view. Nice little patio from the living and bedroom space…perfect for our early morning coffee chats before the pool/beach. The facility had a Starbucks and a restaurant called The Indigo which we utilized both. We are very particular when where we stay and we’re pleased with everything.

Great Stay
We booked this spot because of proximity to beach and pet friendliness. The balcony was lovely for coffee in mornings and the beach was literally a minute away! Worked great for our little dog :-) Great spot for families - steps from beach and not too crowded! Thanks!

Our first VRBO stay
We loved this condo. Beautifully decorated, conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the hotel close to the gym and restaurant. If you love to walk on a sandy beach for miles, this is the place. Would definitely stay here again.
