2024 Vacation
We have always had no issues with condos. But this one was bad. Couch- had to take bed pillows to have support. Tv-remote did not work reported no one came the whole week. The kitchen stove the burners all uneven all grease would run to one side so you had to hold pan up one side so you fry food. The stove the bottom drawer all rusted. The cabinets all were dirty ( I had to clean). The refrigerator had some kind of stuff all over the front ( I had to clean had no idea what it was.Sink- had to wait for water to drain. Bathroom tub and shower curtain had mold on both off them and mold smell had a greasy scum around tub also water pressure was so low in the shower it made it almost unusable, had to get Lysol to spray everyday. Door to condo would not close you could see out side around the door. And was told no motor cycles at bike week (the reason we plan this trip) so we change plans and drove car) when we was there we counted over 20 motorcycle everyday.We question was told they had no idea. We said we called and was told NO MOTORCYCLES AT All. Never will use again trouble condo.

Great for a couple to get away.
The property was as advertised. Plenty of room for the two of us. We were able to spend time on the beach, cook our own meals, and go out when we wanted.

So perfect!
The balcony view was great. The walk to the beach was soooo short. Great location. Everything we needed at our fingertips. My only complaint was that the shower curtain wasn’t quite as clean as I would have liked it. Otherwise, this place could not have been better for our trip!

Great Views, Great Location
This one bedroom condo is located on the golden mile within easy walking distance of the boardwalk, SkyWheel and other popular attractions of Myrtle Beach. It’s clean, cozy, quiet and well appointed. We had a fantastic time, and would definitely love to return! I highly recommend this perfect little vacation home away from home!

Condo was a great value for 2 people. Large and right on the beach. Bed was comfortable. Bedroom would be large enough to accommodate a pack ‘n play. The lack of shower water pressure was the only inconvenience. I would consider rethink the location of the kitchen items as the large dinnerware took up all the cabinet space and left over the microwave and above the refrigerator for our dry storage. I would recommend this condo. We plan to return.

Great location, perfect for a weekend away!
The property was exactly as listed and pictured! Super clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. The view was great and within walking distance of bare/restaurants. We did it use the pool as it water is a bit too chilly out in early May for us , but pool area looked nice! Would definitely stay here again!

door latch had wrong unlocking and locking instructions
Only problem was the door latch instructions. The instructions must have been for a previous door latch. The new door latch involved turning a round knob for a deadbolt. The instructions given just mentioned entering a code and pushing down on a handle to open the door.

Beautiful view… the condo is gorgeous… beautifully furnished….will book again… my first time in a high rise condo…I wish I had more time to stay honestly….I would have stayed longer! Natalie was very pleasant… smooth check in and out process… thank you very much Natalie!!!

In desperate need of CLEANING!
The "villa" was in need of a good cleaning! Stove was rusted and fridge was DIRTY! the ceiling where air vents were are filthy. The louver door to washer and dryer were broke. Two lamps in bedroom which made it so dark even during the day! We couldn't even see. The shower curtain was mildewed along with all around the caulk in the shower which also was so high to step into!!! Balconies are so small and narrow! On 18th floor which we didn't know at time of rental. My daughter went to use the lazy river and there were only 4 tubes for the whole, hotel. Not to mention how loud neighbors were coming and going and pounding on the doors! And the lock mechanism was so difficult to use that I broke my 14kt white gold emerald ring in half trying to get the handle turned to get out of our room! Positive was the air was cold and bed comfortable and plenty of towels. Won't stay here ever again!!!I I have pictures but I don't see anywhere to post them!

Location great, room not so much.
The location was ideal. Parking and check in was very convenient. The room was not the cleanliness. It had very dated decor, carpeting that was dirty. We were unable to use the pull out sofa, so all of us slept in the same bed. Not very welcoming or homey. The view was wonderful! The pool was nice and the beach was great.

Perfect Rental!
This was our inaugural "girls weekend" and we were pleasantly pleased with the adorable unit, the view, the walk to the boardwalk. it was cherry on top with having perfect weather as well. It was only 4 of us and will use this spot again or use a bigger unit for next time. Definitely pleased with it. Price was not awful either considering the inflation everywhere.
