The Condo (2BR/2BA)
The Sand Castle, appropriately named by my daughters, is located in the Bayview Resort on the 18th floor overlooking the blue Atlantic. This unit was fully renovated in March of 2023. The newly renovated luxurious condo has an elegant beach/nautical theme throughout with beautiful furnishings, Luxury Vinyl Plank, granite countertops, custom furniture, new bathroom vanities, new ADA compliant toilets, new memory foam mattresses, and large comfortable rooms.
Relax in comfort in the gracefully furnished family room while viewing breathtaking sunrises from the wall to wall, and floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy the salty air on the attached private balcony as you listen to the waves gently crashing onto the white sandy beach. Some of the amenities include a large HD TV, comfortable seating, and free Wi-Fi.
With a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling full view of the Atlantic Ocean, sleep in the luxuriously appointed master bedroom furnished with a comfortable king-size memory foam mattress, a large HD TV, and Wet Bar. The private bathroom is outfitted with a tub\shower and a new beautiful modern vanity. Get the day going by grabbing a cup of coffee and enjoying dolphin watching from your private master bedroom balcony.

Great Place to Stay in Myrtle Beach
The unit was very nice, modern and very clean. Great views from the 18th floor balconies. Right on the boardwalk and walking distance to everything it has to offer. Theron was a great host and responded very quickly to all my questions. Highly recommended!

Direct oceanfront beauty!
Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable, check-in was simple. View from 18th floor balcony was spectacular. Walking distance to everything. Communication with the owner, Theron, was 5 star! Whenever I reached out to him, he was extremely quick to answer, no matter the time of day. We had a minor issue that was handled almost immediately. I highly recommend staying at Sand Castle. We will book this condo again! Thank you.

Great Ocean Breezes
Can't beat this direct Ocean Front balcony to view the sights and sounds of Myrtle Beach! 18th floor provided seperation from the main level and endless ocean views. Pleanty of space for our 3 sons ages 21, 19, & 15. Enough privacy for us parents and the young men. 3 TV's total- I could watch my chick Flicks in the Master Bedroom while the 2nd Bedroom had the video gaming going, and the Living Room had an action movie- everyone was happy. Large dining room table to play Euchure & Dominos. The full kitchen enabled us to make breakfast and lunch. We enjoy eating dinner out, but could have cooked dinner if we wanted to. Beds were all comfy for us to sleep in. Thanks for sharing your condo with us so we could enjoy time together! Thanks for being available for my questions.

This was the perfect getaway for our family.
Our family had an amazing time and we really enjoyed our stay. There was so much to do and see. The location of the condo was perfect. We took full advantage of the pools and hot tub. From our balcony, we saw dolphins swimming along the shore. Many of the attractions were just a few minutes drive and there are two lovely state parks within about a 30-35 minute drive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome!
The condo was just as described, neat, clean, and in a great location. The resort was well taken care of and had a fresh clean smell. The views from our balcony were awesome! I highly recommend waking up early to watch the sunrise at least once during your stay, and taking an evening walk on the beach with your family or special someone. The location was great and within walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. If you are looking for a great place to stay for your next beach vacation this is the spot!

Cleanliness!!
Really the only complaint I have is there was a busted wine bottle outside of the elevator that was there for a whole day and with kids running bare foot made thing interesting. Other then that it seemed to be nice.

The Sand Castle was a relaxing and modern condo. The Host was available and very helpful when needed. Gorgeous view and excellent location on boardwalk. Would definitely stay there again. 5 star property for sure

Perfect Location!!!!
This unit is located in a perfect location in Mrtyle Beach. It is a beautifully renovated space. The host was responsive to all questions and the check-in/out process was a breeze. Starbucks at your steps. The boardwalk and few blocks away. The oceanfront view from the two balconies is amazing. All steps to beach with beautiful sunrises. The hot tub and lazy rivers are a great addition.

Boardwalk Beauty
Great property on the 18th floor of Bay View Resort. Condo was as-advertised. Amazing view of Atlantic Ocean with easy access to beach, pool, hottub, and of coarse the boardwalk. Theron was great to work with and answered all of our questions. Bayview staff did a surprisingly good job of keeping the property(hallways, elevators, pool) clean considering the amount of people there during a holiday weekend. The pool scene did get somewhat out of control with people listening to music not suitable for kiddos. Would be nice if staff addressed this. Overall, a great time was had by our family in Theron's condo. Don't hesitate to book this property! :) Thank you -Paul

Breathtaking View
We were in town for an event that was within walking distance from this location. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. As a host myself I am pretty picky and I was not disappointed at all. The place was extremely clean all the way down to the toaster and coffee pot. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of space and the view, oh my goodness that view is just stunning, I can’t even put it in to words. Make sure to get up each morning to see the sunrise because it will blow you away and set your mood for the rest of the day. Theron is one of those hosts that you love to come by, there when you need him for anything or just to share your sunrise pictures. No hands off properly management company here, Theron’s place is managed with love and care and you can tell. You will not be disappointed.
