Convenient
The instructions from Elliott were focused on standard vrbo residentials. This is a hotel, so most instructions did not translate. The pool was fine and constantly busy. The beach and most points of interest were in walking distance. Everyone was very nice.

Overall a good experience
Initially, it was difficult to locate parking because it's at a different address than the hotel. When we selected the room, it was for a beach view, but we were located city side. The chairs on the balcony were both broken. There are 4 elevators, and at any one time, the wait was long for 2 or 3 working elevators. The refrigerator may need replaced or serviced because it kept making this awful thud that would startle us, and even woke us during the night.

not bad. but could use improvements.
it was a good location. however first arrive found the dishes provided where dirty. had to wash them before i could use them. then found the shower head was broken. after contacting the company it was fixed. but should of been checked before we came. then later that week someone came in to drop sheets and fix some damage draws. i wasnt informed this at any point. all my stuff out and someone came in without telling me. make me scared to sleep in a room that uses an access code door lock to come in. other then that it went by without any other issues.

Birthday Stay
Stayed with some friends for my birthday. Check in was a pain having to go to another location. Seems like the process could be made a bit more seamless.

Family getaway for the weekend
My family and I checked in on Thursday. The process was fast and simple getting us squared away. There was a lot of things to do close by and we was right on the beach. Checked out Sunday morning with no problems or delays. Great stay for me and my family. Will stay again
