Good Ocean View
The property is definitely showing it’s age. I think it’s a little run down for the price. Hardly any water pressure in the bathroom sink. A stain in the ceiling that looks like mold. An extension cord that runs the length around the room to control the electronic lock on the door and tape saying do not unplug looks cheesy. The sliding glass door you need serious muscle to lift and slide open as it sticks and does not slide properly. Looking closer the door is crooked on the track with a half inch gap at the bottom. Upon arrival we could not find a bellman cart to unload our stuff. We spent the better half of an hour going floor by floor as people take them but never return them to the lobby and or keep them in their room making it next to impossible to find. The resort does not enforce return of the bellman carts for others to use Only 2 of the 4 floor elevators work half the time. Our room is next to one of the main floor elevators and it slams shut because the piston hinge needs either adjusted or replaced to prevent the door slamming. I’ve noticed this happens on a lot of the floor doors as maintenance of this building is lack luster at best. Pool is open till 11 pm so not only will you hear an abrupt slam of a door at 11-to 12 pm that jostles you out of your sleep but expect to hear loud kids yelling as well as adults who have no concern for others and quiet time. I could go on but needless to say I won’t be staying here again.

Great getaway
We had a great time at this condo, we had never been to Myrtle Beach before and really enjoyed our time there. The description of the listing was very accurate and the property manager was very with the only minor issue we had and we were able to get it resolved quickly.

The owner was very nice and allowed us to check in early when we arrived, I’m not sure the cleaning service was completed through. The trash can in the restroom was super filthy, and the sink in the kitchen was dirty! The patio door was almost impossible to open and you had to slam it in order to lock it. View was amazing from the balcony!! Only 4 towels were left for two adults for 5 days which was very challenging.

hello we did have a wonderful time and your property is beautiful however we did have trouble with getting into the condo the electric l9ck does not work properly. we also suffered at nights because the bedroom a/c would not cool down the room. othere than thoes 2 things we had a great stay ty

Poor communication and just okay
My husband and I stayed at this property in July 2022. We messaged the owners the day we booked, 2 weeks before the rental, the day before, and the day of. We asked if it was possible for early check in and a few questions, and never received an answer. We even messaged the personal number left and never heard back. Then, the night before we left we messaged that we were leaving, and they responded right away. It was extremely frustrating to be ignored. The bathroom room also wasn’t entirely clean. The property itself is outdated and elevators are extremely slow. Loud music was constantly played, well into the night, from both the resort and other guests. The room itself was nice, especially for 2 people, but was only allotted one toilet paper roll and a few towels for our entire stay. The view was also very nice. Overall, we will be choosing somewhere different to stay next time.

Excellent view and location. Very noisy at late night.. Landmark elevators were very warm and long wait times. Unit had no coffee,no dish detergent, and no parking pass. The unit otherwise was great. Also there were NO garbage bags in the trash containers. Thanks otherwise for a good stay. Lind and Bob Peterson.

The only issue I had was that the unit wasn’t cleaned upon our arrival . The owner promptly handled the situation ! Thank you Vito. Beautiful view ! Plan on returning .
