Welcome to Sunny Hilton Head and the Island Club Oceanfront Resort. The Island Club is a family-oriented resort nestled in 25 acres of prime oceanfront property. Island Club boasts expansive beaches and breathtaking sunrises.
Our two bedroom ocean view 1275 sq. ft. villa offers spectacular views that include the ability to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your oversized balcony. The villa will comfortably sleep 5-7, so it is perfect for a family get together. The unit has been totally renovated in 2012 which included new tile, paint, custom cabinets, granite countertops, flat screen TV’s, appliances, furniture, etc. In 2020, the unit was repainted, newly furnished, and has new flooring throughout the unit. If you can name it, it was probably replaced. This is a wonderfully decorated, non-smoking unit that is ready to be booked for your next vacation.
This is a top floor, end unit which offers many advantages. First of all, it means you have no one above you or to the right of you. These units have an oversized balcony which means that the entire family can relax to the sound of the crashing waves or take in the sun. In addition, the end unit offers an oversized window in the dining room area that really lets the light shine in. Every attention has been given to the details in this beautifully renovated villa. The master suite includes a pillow top king size bed and master bath with huge walk in closet. Wake to a spectacular view of the ocean from the master bedroom and walk out to the balcony from your private entrance for your morning coffee. The guest room includes a pillow top full size bed plus a twin bed and a beautifully renovated tub/shower for our guests.
The Island Club is located in close proximity to the beautiful Westin Resort where you can enjoy your favorite tropical drink or enjoy fine dining that is a short walk down the beach (200 yards). If grilling is more your speed, the Island Club offers and maintains gas grills from a beautiful picnic area overlooking the ocean. The Island Club also has every amenity imaginable including nine free tennis courts (including several clay courts), a large heated pool with a waterfall, a children's pool with a mushroom waterfall, a tanning pool, health and fitness center, hot tub, racquetball, basketball, children's playground and bike rentals. The pool and hot tub are open mid March through October. The pool is heated in the spring and fall. The Island Club is also a gated community with 24 hour security. Children's programs are also available from June through September for ages 5-12.

Island Club vacation
We were able to stay at Island Club in HHI the first week of August. We were all impressed by the condo - super clean, the furniture was comfortable and lovely. We felt immediately at home. The hosts were phenominal communicators and they thought of everything to ensure our comfort. We are so very grateful!! We also loved the location of the condo on Hilton Head - and we loved the complex. I will mention that I don't think that the pictures reflect how close the condo is to the ocean. It was lovely to be able to listen to the ocean, and have a quick walk to the beach. Thank you so much to Tim and Melissa!!!

An island delight
We moved the family here this season after staying in a nearby location for the past few years visits. What a huge step up in every way! Condo was better maintained, better stocked, owner a delight to deal with and the beach at your doorstep.

Loved this property
We own and have stayed at many places listed on VRBO. This is an owner after our own hearts. We try to think of everything a guest may need or want and so do Tim and Melissa. They may have outdone us. The condo is so cozy and charming. We felt right at home and we would stay here again for sure. That is the best referral you can give or get. The property is charming, the beds comfy, the sheets amazing just like the view.

Beautiful and comfortable condo!
This condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for my husband and I along with our 3 young children. Exceptionally clean! Beds were comfortable and everything needed was provided, including beach chairs and towels. As a family, we really appreciated all the thought and detail that went into hosting guests. We have already booked again for next year and cannot wait! Thanks Tim and Melissa for sharing your condo with us!

Six Stars
We have been to HH many times. I don't give out 5 stars easily. I would give this condo actually 6 starts if i could. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Porch is larger than most with good view. Beach is short walk and family used the gym and pools. Tim and Melissa were easy to work with and were responsive to our questions. The condo is well thought out, planed and tastefully decorated and highly organized, even the kitchen. We hope to be back in the future.

Wonderful condo!
We enjoyed our stay in Tim's condo with our two young adult sons. The condo is very well equiped with everything you need from kitchen items to beach towels and chairs. It was clean and the decor is lovely. Beds are comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning in the high top chairs looking at the ocean. We would stay here again.

Just what we needed
Our vacation at this condo was FANTASTIC! I am hard pressed to find places that I feel are clean, let alone really clean. This condo was REALLY clean and put my mind at ease. It is stocked with everything you need and has a fantastic spacious balcony. Responses from host were almost immediate. We will look to stay here again.

Exceptional property - all 5's
We have stayed at the Island Club before, bur this was our first time in the Neptune Bldg. Tim's property was phenomenal. It was totally clean, incredibly well equipped (beach chairs, air fryer, extremely nice patio furniture, extra toiletries, well stocked kitchen - everything that makes a perfect vacation home. Tim ensured that all our needs were met and provided all the information we needed. A great experience - we will be back!

Annual HH trip
This is the perfect 2-bedroom condo. A short walk over the beach entrance. We love the property and we have 5-6 families who gather here every year for a week in HH. This unit is stocked VERY well...WOW! Everything we needed in the kitchen! Super clean and comfortable. We will stay here again for sure.

Comfortable, Convenient, and Quiet
We have been traveling to Hilton Head for the last 39 years and have stayed in many different types of properties. In all this time, we have never stayed anywhere that we were disappointed, and this time was no different. The villa was absolutely beautiful and one of the most well-equipped that we have ever stayed in. It was clean and welcoming. Tim, the owner, was very responsive and communicative and made sure we felt welcomed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The corner location on the top floor also made it a very quiet location. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and wildlife in the pond. Beach access was convenient, especially with little children. The pools were well designed, and we loved the different levels. We did wish it was a little closer to the beach, however. Folly Beach was a quiet, family oriented beach, and we enjoyed staying on this part of the island. The kids loved going to Adventure Cove (which was right down the street) to play putt putt and games in the game room. We would definitely consider returning for future trips!

Family beach trip
This was our third year, I just reserved next year. Condo has everything we look for-it’s updated, top floor, no unit on the right side, good view of the beach from the balcony, easy walk to the ocean, grounds and building are clean/ neat, everything we need is close but not in the middle of a tourist hub.

Lovely condo; Great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location - just a few steps to the beach, and the view from the balcony were two of my favorite things. The condo was spotless, and the kitchen had all the cooking essentials and more. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautiful! We are looking forward to staying here again!
