Welcome to Vista del Mar! This stylish one bedroom beachfront villa is located within Hilton Head Beach and Tennis, a private gated oceanfront community with direct access to Folly Field Beach. The villa is 540 sq ft, located on the top (3rd) floor (Unit C330) with a private balcony and unobstructed ocean views. An elevator and laundry are on the premises.
The villa is newly renovated and owners are new to the rental market. This is a premium villa in the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. There is a brand new queen-size mattress in the bedroom along with two child-size bunks. A privacy door is located between the bedroom and the living room, which includes a new pull-out sofa bed. The property is ideal for a couple or family with small children.
Open floor plan with plenty of cabinet and storage space. There is a walk-in shower, modern kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, oven and microwave. The kitchen is fully-stocked and includes a Keurig coffee maker (K-cup), tea pot, toaster, blender, crockpot and essentials. Fresh linens, fluffy towels, bath soaps, and a hair drier are provided. Two beach chairs, a wagon, and pool toys are included for your use. Two televisions (bedroom and living room) are available with free WiFi access in the unit.
Central air conditioning throughout condo, including the bathroom. In addition, ceiling fans are in the bedroom, living room and on the balcony.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is one of the premier resorts on Hilton Head Island. It offers private entrances to the beach, the largest pool on the island, as well as a beach bar cafe at the entrance to the beach and next to the pool. There are 6 lit tennis courts and 12 pickle ball courts, a playground, and a remodeled fitness center. During the summer, enjoy Monday night movies and Wednesday evening karaoke at the pool. There are two restaurants on the property for eat-in or delivery to the villa. Additional restaurants and golf are just a short drive away. A seasonal shuttle takes you around the island (April - October). Bike rentals can be found at the resort entrance.

$115.00 Cleaning Fee
$35.00 Parking Fee/Per Vehicle
$35.00 is per car. If more than 1 pass is needed, please identify that upfront so that this fee can be collected. Please provide the last name of the driver of the other vehicle.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
*Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
*Bookings canceled at least 14 - 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
*Booking Cancellations less than 14 days prior to stay will be non-refundable unless there is a severe situation involved, such as Hurricane threat, etc.
DAMAGES:
It is the guests responsibility to notify unit manager at time of check-in if anything in the unit is broken (with photos). Otherwise, the guest is assuming responsibility for the unit until check-out. A claim for any damages will be submitted to VRBO for resolution.
LATE CHECK-OUT/EARLY CHECK-IN:
Due to the scheduling of cleaners in advance, we are unable to accommodate late check-outs. If an early check-in is requested, we will notify guests when cleaning is complete so they may enter the unit earlier.

Nice cozy unit, well appointed with supplies. Beautiful view of the ocean and close to pool and walk to beach. Stayed three weeks and my back would have liked a firmer mattress. The resort has many amenities, we liked the fitness center and pickleball courts. Plus the pool and bar were always entertaining. The property manager was easily accessible and able to help throughout the stay.

This condo was very clean and organized. Almost everything and its location was labeled. Fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The ovean view from the balcony is gorgeous. There are elevators at the end of the hallway to use and nearby stairs to access condo. We felt like we were home. The condo is very comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend this condo!

Nice place!
We enjoyed our stay here. Nice and clean. Great location next to the beach. 2 minute walk to the beach is nice. The pool area could need a renovation or add some shade spots. We didn't get a chance to try out the other amenities like the restaurants. We would stay again.

Beautiful Villa & Resort!
I had the best time and loved it here! The location of this Villa, and the resort is just perfect. Everything was well laid out and there is so much to do on Hilton Head Island. The place was emmaculate, comfortable and had everything I needed. Even the balcony for morning coffee was so refreshing. The view of the ocean is perfect too. There is so much available at the resort, you can do everything there....but I did venture out to many places!

Beautiful condo
Loved our stay here. We chise a different area than we normally stay for our first few days here. Condo was well taken care of and one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It was a bit smaller than our usual condos at Seaside (Coligny) but it made up for it in amentities and cleanliness. We had great communication with Bobbi and she was very accommodating to our early arrival. The bed was very comfortable, best we've had the experienceof sleeping in. Towels, both bath and pool, were provided and of great quality. Steps away from pool, Jamaica Joe's and beach. Would highly recommend

Hidden gem
Been coming to HH for many years. Most of our stays have been with family and staying at South Forest beach area. Loved it there. Your villa atb the beach and racquet club is amazing. Yes just perfect for two adults!! Really well appointed and everything you could think of to have in an apartment/villa was present. The view was amazing!! Pool close as well as the walk to the beach. Great week!!

Spring Break Getaway
My husband and I had a very relaxing stay at this premium oceanfront villa. Very modern and clean with a beachy feel. Nice resort and amenities. This unit is definitely a cook's paradise....we had all the essentials needed to cook breakfast. The owner is quick to respond and is very attentive to details. Thanks again Bobbi and Joe. We had a blast and look forward to returning some day!

Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Club Stay
Great location and excellent view of the beach. Unit was very clean and as advertised. Unit is small but works for 2 people. The only negative was there is no washer & dryer and the process of using the washer & dryer in the laundry room was not convenient. Host was in touch all the time and always communicated well.

Great views!
This condo was very well appointed with quality items! The bed was great, the sheets and towels top notch, no need was left undone! And the decorating!!! It was probably one of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The ocean views were wonderful complete with the sound of waves hitting the beach! Great communication with the owners. We will definitely be back!
