The free standing cozy, one bedroom home is located just inside the Ocean Gate of Sea Pines Resort, only a few minutes away from the beach. The home is located on a quiet street in a preserve-like setting. You will have everything you need for an enjoyable stay on your Hilton Head Island vacation.
This cottage is the start of your perfect vacation as you sit on the private patio overlooking a lagoon view. The inside living space is surrounded by windows that cascade wonderful natural light from the outside views. You will also find ample seating with a pull out couch and chair to relax. A dining table for 4 is nested between the living room and kitchen. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and basic tools to assist with making your favorite meals. The master bedroom has a queen bed and patio access. The en suite also includes a clothes washer/dryer to utilize during your stay. From here you have easy access to 15 miles of bike paths to the beach, Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, or just to explore the island and nature! There is no question that you will make wonderful vacation memories in the home.

The Sea Pines Resort is a 5,200-acre private residential gated community located on the southern tip Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Sea Pines is home to four golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III, the Heron Point golf course, and the Sea Pines Country Club Course. The RBC Heritage is a PGA Tour event held annually in April at the Harbour Town course.
To access the resort, you will pay a $25/week gate fee upon arrival. This will be a cash payment at the gate and the gate officer will assist.

Family Vacation
This was the perfect place for our family vacation! This little bungalow was the perfect size for us and our golden doodle! The bungalow had everything we needed for our week stay and was so clean! It was a short ~5 minute walk to the beach and we loved being able to take our doodle to the beach!

Perfect beach stay, dog friendly
We loved staying at Night Herron. It was the perfect small place for my husband and I, with our two dogs. Laura was a great host. We would recommend to anyone and would stay again when we come to Hilton Head.

Summer getaway
Loved staying at this property in sea pines. Close and convenient to everything and we just love the whole sea pines vibe. We just wish the outdoor patio was screened in like a similar property we stayed at, but we would stay again.

Perfect get away
It is then perfect getaway location and my second time staying here. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The location is incredible and a easy walk to the beach and a shorter drive to any restaurant.

Excellent Bed
The property was as advertised and had everything needed for a 4 days stay. The bed was excellent, firm with a soft plush top. The unit was close to the gate, beach and trolley for the RBC Heritage. Communication and check in process was flawless.

Great getaway
Clean, comfortable, and cozy. We visited the area for our anniversary and this cozy little villa was just right for my husband and I, as well as our 2 pups. It has all the amenities of home, full kitchen, dining, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. Nice and quiet area. Would visit again.

Perfect spot
I’ve stayed in several Night Heron properties and absolutely love the area. It’s close to the beach, the beach club, restaurants, and has a pool. This is a sweet little cottage that I hope to stay at time and time again. It was clean, cheery, and perfect for my daughter and me and our dog. I wouldn’t change a thing!

I absolutely love the location of this place!!! I will be rebooking!!! Location location! 5-10 min stroll to the beach! Beautiful place small quiet neighborhood on sea pines resort. Pool is 3 minute walk! All the small amenities you may need... The pictures do not do this small bungalow justice! Small wrap around back porch... great to take your morning coffee in! I would not recomend for a family but definitely for couple and dog owners! Thank you again! 😊
