This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Wonderful and comfortable stay away from hustle and bustle
We loved this property! It was close enough to walk to a variety of restaurants and shops, and it was close enough to drive locally in the city and in the general area in 20-30 minutes’ time. It was comfortable, spacious and well-kept. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Charleston Getaway
We had a wonderful stay in Charleston. I was looking for a place that met the price point and was relatively close to down town. This rental fit the bill. It is a very old home but is typical of the historic Chaleston style and was updated with all the amenities we needed. The hosts were available via email quickly and answered all of our questions. Parking is limited and a tight squeeze but we also drive a larger SUV so that didn't help...lol. We managed fine though. If you are a light sleeper then the early a.m. street sweeper will wake you up. But, I appreciate the city keeping things clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return. Great hosts.

Quick stay.....
The property was perfect for our stay, the decor was really nice! The location was great, close to King street and neighborhood restauraunts. I would stay here again ! The beds were really comfy and having a porch was wonderful.Check in was really easy as well ! thank you !

Weekend Getaway
We met our daughter and son-in-law for a 4 day getaway in Charleston. The location was perfect. Close to everything. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short trip.

Nice stay in Charleston
We has a very nice stay here. The apartment is near King Street - easy walk - and close to a number of restaurants, bars, and other shops. We particularly enjoyed breakfast at The Daily. While there is street noise (plenty of warning about it) in the front bedroom, the noise machine helps and it wasn't an issue for us. Overall, we would stay here again on another visit to Charleston.

Wonderful property for a Charleston getaway. Well equipped kitchen and has so many modern updates. Was blown away by the cleanliness and the proximity to King street. On site parking is a huge plus.

Great place
The house is great, conveniently located and super clean. The only downside’s were not related to the property, but rather the neighborhood (young, loud) and other tenants above. Old houses have little insulation so you hear everything. I would recommend this property to someone heading to Charleston

We loved the cottage
The place was perfect. So nice. The only thing that was bothersome was the neighbors above us staying up all hours and being ridiculously loud

Great Location and Furnishing...but
This place suited our needs and was comfortable except for the heat staying on all night (even though we lowered the thermostat) and the street noise. A white noise box was provided which helped. If you’re a light sleeper I would recommend one of their other properties. I do think the management company does an excellent job.
