Charleston Vacation
This is a 2 bedroom (decent size), 2 bath condo with a small kitchen and small living area which was perfect for our group of three for a 3 day stay. About a six block walk from King Street and its shops and restaurants. Parking space in back.

Charming
The house was a great choice for us. It’s a few blocks away from the main parts of downtown but is easily walkable or just used an Uber. It was clean and well decorated. Some road noise but that’s to be expected in a historic type of home downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Perfect Place
This location was perfect for assessing everything in Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Folly Beach. The condo was exceptionally clean, and had everything you could possibly need for a visit. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities to cook a complete meal. It was nice to have the washer and dryer. Both beds were extremely comfortable. Having two bathrooms was wonderful. The condo is on a busy street, but we never had any issues with noise or sleeping. You can hear the people above, but it's not too loud. The tv and internet worked perfectly. The AC kept up even when the heat index hit 116. Parking space is a little narrow, but it worked for our Subaru Outback. Beware there is poison oak growing beside the spot. We had several questions while visiting, and we received responses very quickly. Everyone we dealt with friendly and knowledgeable. This place is perfect for families, friends, and couples.

Great Place!
We absolutely loved our stay. A beautiful new unit in an old home. Place was incredibly clean and we slept great in a really comfortable bed. It's an interesting 30 minute walk to most of the attractions, although driving and finding pubic parking in Charleston was not a problem, and you can drive most places in about 10 minutes. We also used the DASH trolly, which you can pick up a 15 minute walk away. Three are many restaurants in easy walking distance. We loved this place, and plan to return. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our extended stay
We stayed in the Oster Suite for two weeks and we very much enjoyed it. The apartment is 10 min walk to the main downtown street (King). The apt was comfortable, temp is easily regulated, kitchen appropriately stocked, area quiet. The free bus runs right by the apt into various downtown areas, bus stop very close to front door. many food opt in area..very much enjoyed our stay

Great stay for girls trip
My friend and I traveled to Charleston to sight see. This location was perfect for 2 people. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Other than the steps into the building, there were no steps inside. They thought of everything and we really enjoyed our stay.

Weekend visit
Great, two bedroom and two bath condo, walking distance from downtown shopping district. As other reviewers have described, located on a busy street, so there is street noise. Provided sound machines took care of it. We stayed in a one, which was facing street, Perhaps the B units, which were in back, were less noisy. Off street parking was nice to have, though on street parking pass available, also beds were comfy. You do hear guess that or above you, but it did not create a problem for us , overall a great place.
