Reviews indicate that this property is well-regarded for its great location, cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations, making it a suitable choice for groups and families visiting Charleston. Guests appreciated the modern amenities and the efficient communication with the property manager, particularly in resolving issues like air conditioning and Wi-Fi. However, some reviews noted challenges with parking, noise from the street, and minor maintenance issues that need addressing. Overall, the sentiment is mostly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Bachelorette Weekend
The location was perfect! The place was clean and really nice. The only issue we had was the passcode didn’t work when we got there and we had to leave a voicemail with the office and wait for them to get back to us to get it reset when we got there. It took about 45 minutes. Otherwise, it was a great stay. No issues!

Girls Trip
The location of this place was great! The property was very clean and tidy, comfortable and with good supplies. The major drawback that was not really addressed in the listing is the parking situation. It is difficult at best when there is someone occupying the upstairs and the downstairs units because it is very tight without much room to navigate. We were asked by the other occupants to come move cars around because they couldn't get out on their side. The other issue is the WIFI, it connected but was extremely slow. some of us actually got faster service taking it off of WIFI depending on who our carrier was, and then the door lock did not work correctly and it usually took several attempts to get it to stay locked. I will say that they were efficient in handling our AC problem. The AC went out on a Sunday afternoon but they were able to get it fixed quickly by that night which we were very grateful for because it was HOT! It was a good place to stay for a few days to see the downtown area but because of the parking I wouldn't want to stay there for a longer vacacion

Charleston vaca
Very cute property. A longer walk to King St. than we expected, but was good exercise. We would recommend another living room chair and warn guests about front bedroom noise, very loud most of night.

Family Charleston stay
Everything was really nice and clean and great location. I would consider replacing the furniture in the family room as it was ripped and worn out. The rest of the place was great.

Nice place but a few items needing fixing
Although we liked the property, there were a number of items needing fixing, i.e. no functioning outdoor iights, parking instructions unclear, no wand on the blinds, dripping shower, etc. We alerted the management company however and they have said all will be fixed before the next visitors arrive. Just a shame that these items weren't addressed before our arrival.

Excellent choice
Off some from King street but within walking distance. Uber everywhere so easy and convenient. Place was perfect for our girls weekend. Beds slept great!! Felt safe and secure. Loved this little upstairs apartment that met all our needs without the expense of staying in king street. Thank you so much! I will recommend

Overall very nice
Overall very nice place. Wi-Fi is not secure, so that was disappointing. What was available kept disconnecting unexpectedly, so no TV service. Manager easy to contact, but not resolved during our stay. Neighborhood seemed safe but grocery stores close seemed to depend on cigarette and liquor sales and had barred windows. Water by single bottle only but if you wanted beer there were lots of options. Sirens didn't bother us but loud cars with loud radios did. They did seem to stop late evening. Beds very comfortable. Livingroom furniture could use an upgrade. Bedrooms big with lots of places to put clothes. A small chair in each would be a welcome addition.

Overall a good spot
Overall this is a good property. There are some challenges with noise. It is near and on one of the main roads to the hospital with sirens and helicopters going from 5 am - 11 pm. Some window treatments would help block out the street lights, especially in the master bedroom. There are blinds but they do little to help block the light from the street. There is no "cable" as one would think when a property list cable i.e. as one may have at home or in a hotel (I travel a lot for work). There is only a roku tv box. The house was super clean! We were the only rental at the time so parking was not a challenge for us. The house is closer to the hospital and CofC. It is a long walk from the other touristy things in Charleston so you will need to ride share or drive and find parking. The house overall has adequate furnishings and meets the needs for a rental property.

Enjoyed our stay at High Tide
Had a perfect stay in Charleston at High Tide. Condo was very clean and delivered as advertised. Property manager was great, responding quickly to an issue with the wi-fi (router needed reboot) despite it being a Sunday afternoon. Hope to return for another stay soon.

Nicely renovated property
This second floor property was very clean and nicely furnished. Its location is several blocks from Charleston's historic district, but the free CARTA DASH buses are not too far away. Parking is conveniently provided in the driveway alongside the home. This was a selling point for me as several Charleston listings that say they include parking don't actually guarantee a free parking spot. The beds were all very comfortable with good quality sheets and pillows. Good quality towels were provided. The beautiful hardwood floors at the rear of the home are not exactly level, which I believe adds to the charm of this older home. The large kitchen has modern appliances including a toaster, a Kuerig coffee maker (with coffee), as well as everything you need to fix and eat a meal short of the food. It was nice to be able to cook and eat breakfast before heading out to see Charleston. The provided internet was reliable. Please note that sounds from the street can be heard inside. Ambient noise generators are provided to help address this although we didn't use them. If you are a light sleeper, this may be a concern. All things considered, I feel this was a very good value.
